I still remember a few years ago when asked about Bryan Danielson's skills, Ric Flair said, "he's okay."
What a sad old man Flair is.
Danielson is better in the ring than Flair ever was, unless one thinks a 50-minute match featuring 478 Flair chops has aged well. There, I said it.

Bryan Danielsonās last singles match on Monday Night Raw was a singles match against Seth āFreakinā Rollins.
Bryanās last match on SmackDown and in WWE was a Universal Championship match loss to Roman Reigns.
Bryanās last match (for now) was losing the AEW World Championship to Jon Moxley at AEW āWrestleDreamā.

Fightful has confirmed Bryan Danielson full-time career is over.
The trade reports Danielson specifically wanted to lose to Moxley to end his run.
Although many people wondered if Bryan's interviews were in character regarding his health status, Fightful reports those were all true, and by the time the Moxley match was unfolding, Danielson even had thought he probably shouldnāt have done a couple of those matches leading up to the WrestleDream PPV.
Danielson has legitimately been without a talent contract for a number of months, and Fightful reports that he does not have any additional contracts.
He has been a free agent without additional obligations.
Although heās told many in interviews and backstage that he doesnāt envision going back to WWE at this time.
The hope within AEW is that heāll wrestle periodically for them and resume additional duties whenever heās ready.
Danielson told Fightful that he has to get his neck fixed first, which likely means surgery.
Danielsonās match at AEW All In had been planned since earlier this year, complete with Danielson winning the title.

Artem Chigvintsev wins legal battle in divorce case against Nikki Garcia. He gets to share custody of their son Matteo. Also he doesn't have to have anger management classes and no supervised visit. The judge did order both Artem and Nikki to take parenting classes so they can better co-parent their son.

This really wouldāve been cool. Iām not a bing Bray fan. I think he was a good person with a great mind. Avg Wrestler who could cut a promo and had an entrance. Brays issues was always trying to keep his character fresh and people intrigued. I think they let his last act simmer too long before debuting it though. I really loved the Briscoes and one of the best tag teams to never compete on mainstream tv and thatās a same shame.

Speaking to SP3 of Tru Heel Heat, Callihan was inquired about his current status with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA).
"I'll be there for the foreseeable future. We came to an agreement on a deal and I'm extremely happy working for TNA. I could see myself retiring at TNA and working behind the scenes. I love TNA Wrestling. As much as people talk about, 'I want to go to Japan, I want to work for WWE.' TNA was always on a pedestal for me, and being part of that is a dream come trueā.

Bryan Danielson is going to have an MRI done to see the damage on his neck. He had an MRI done not too long ago and it showed damage all the way down his neck.
What happens next depends on if the level of damage is the same as it was or if it has worsened. The hope is that he wonāt need surgery and can heal up strong enough with stem cell treatment therapy. But if not, heāll have to undergo surgery.

Samantha leaving is a bummer, but WWE instantly recovered by bringing back Lillian Garcia. Not like ring announcers move the needle in a big way, but that pretty much cushions the blow of Samantha's departure.

Fightful is reporting "at least one WWE staff member" tells them Carlito's "I gotta learn Chinese" line towards the Japanese wrestlers Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane was not planned.
The staff member told Fightful that the line was not scripted, and others they had spoken to were in disbelief that it was said.
Fightful has not heard of any action or heat on anyone for the situation as of yet.

Adam Cole had to get a bone donated from a dead body installed in his foot after his Grandslam injury:
āThe first piece of news that I heard was, your ankle is way worse than we anticipated. You have to get another surgery in seven days. So, not only did I have to get double the amount of screws in my ankle, but also, I had to get someone else's bone put into my ankle because the bone piece within my ankle just completely disintegrated. . . Incredibly thankful to [the donor] and the family," - Cole
The cadaver bone was put in place during Cole's second surgery in lieu of using a metal plate, which can limit the recipient's range of motion. A silver lining to suffering a more significant injury.

Sad to read. Sad there aren't people in AEW strong enough to save him from himself. Given his history, the bumps to his head and neck were insane. I really hope he hasn't done long term damage. It's an indictment of the style of wrestling that TK not only allows but encourages because he books for an audience of a half million "sickos," while the rest of his prospective wrestling audience flips the channel. Just a mudshow in quarter filled arenas.

Can't believe they transferred titles that quickly to a new tag team. Thought DIY would get them first then battle it out with MCMG. I figured the Tongas would drop the belts after costing Jey his title, so that was coming. Just didn't think it would be MCMG.
