Definitely, he and Dempsey are the core of this team.Good run by Jozy but a magnificent first time ball by Zusi. And not to over react, but the US is just infinitely better when Bradley. Update, Ter Stegen whoops.
Success often breeds jealousy and contempt in football. Certainly its a huge compliment for Barca fans to be happy to see Jose leave Spain. I'm sure fans of United, City, Arsenal and Spurs are not so happy.I didn't start following until recently so don't know what's the backstory.
Can I get a Cliff's on the hate for Mourinho?
In honor of the only country to outdrink Germany. Why does German wear green jerseys? Their national colors are red, gold and black.

I'd add Jones as a critical player for the US's success. His play adds an energy and maturity to the US midfield.Definitely, he and Dempsey are the core of this team.Good run by Jozy but a magnificent first time ball by Zusi. CaillouWho's the cartoon guy that looks like Bradley again?
Started with the courageous long pass from Jones. Great touch by Jozy, and finish by DeuceJozy is tearing it up out there.
I don't remember him playing a better game.Jozy is tearing it up out there.

Dempsey doesn't believe in friendlies.Deuce still pissed at Boyd
Holy crap I have that channel now.Friday night on bein TV?

It's pretty delusional to think his "success" is the reason he loathed rather than his douchy behavior or #### like attacking another coach. Not like he had too much success in Madrid anyways. Sounds like he is back where he belongs though.CletiusMaximus said:Success often breeds jealousy and contempt in football. Alex MorganThis guy.If I don't stand up for outdated, negative, unsuccessful tactics, who will?Preach, BrotherI'm kind of sad to see Tony Pulis go, although he's certainly had enough time in the job. Styles make fights and Pulis and Big Sam are the only two top-tier managers who favor old-fashioned direct soccer. I'm an old Wimbledon fan so my idea of what's beautiful are different.
Twenty teams stringing short passes together with varying degrees of success is almost as boring as twenty teams chucking long balls. Variety is good and there was no mistaking Pulis' Stoke teams while you were watching them.
Mark Hughes is a horrible replacement. He's a retread who's ruined clubs with a lot more resources than the Potters.
Hello Mike Magee!First half time lead of the season.FIRE!
I don't know about that incident and I watch very little Spanish football, but there's no question that Mourinho is one of the most successful coaches in the game currently if not the most successful. I believe his Madrid teams set several records and won a few cups, so its hard to deny he had success there as well. He inspires an extreme level of support from his players and fans. I think Madrid fans would be very disappointed if Barca's president had expressed love and respect for Mourinho this week rather than taking the approach he did. I personally was hoping Abramovich would go in a different direction, but I do think most Chelsea fans are happy now as Mourinho's CFC teams were the best most of us have seen at Chelsea in our lifetimes. It's pretty delusional to think his "success" is the reason he loathed rather than his douchy behavior or #### like attacking another coach. Real's fans don't need to read statements by Rosell to be disappointed. One league and one CdR in three years is a poor return on the circus he created. There certainly isn't extreme support from the fans and players he is leaving behind.I don't know about that incident and I watch very little Spanish football, but there's no question that Mourinho is one of the most successful coaches in the game currently if not the most successful. That's exactly why I am sad to see him go. For all his tactical acumen, he has been an enormous metastasizing cancer for the Merengues. It was enjoyable to watch this "savior" that Real paid so much to and for absolutely attempt to ruin the club from within.I can't speak for Real fans, but I think the way he's deadly with Iker this season would make them pretty happy he's gone. Plus they didn't win nearly enough and got whooped by Barça a bunch of times in those 3 seasons. He's leaving behind a poisoned locker room and not much hardware.

True, but Germany's B Team is still pretty good.and oh yeah... that was pretty far from a Germany A team.
