Holy hell.

Alves is a punk, but when he's not, there's #### like that goal. Incrredible shot- soooooo hard to hit that on target, let alone upper V.

"If Man City have got any other players like Craig Bellamy they don't want I hope they've got my number." - King Kenny

Reporter: "What did you think of the penalty decision?"

Dalglish:"What do you mean?"

Reporter: "The handball"

Dalglish:"Exactly"

I would rather just seem them play. The referee is trying to step into anything and everything and it's making this dramatic ending pretty crappy.

Neymar would be redundant on this team; Bale can't get to Madrid fast enough if they are to have a chance against Barcelona next year.

I disagree on both counts. 1) Neymar for RM means no Neymar for Barça. They could use him more IMO. 2) Bale is worth more at Spurs or elsewhere in England. I don't see him leaving the island.

Its amazing to watch a team as skilled as RM have to resort to thuggery. Barca is just better than any team I've ever seen.
I thought they looked pretty average for long stretches today.
Not saying this was a the best game I've seen Barca play (that'd be the Nov '10 Classico when I was in Barcelona), but RM might be the second best team on the planet and even today Barca was too much for them. Too fast. Too quick. Too creative. Too accurate. Too much Messi. After Barca regained their composure, was there any doubt they'd pull out the result? Sure, they're not as good this year as last, but they're still the best team on the planet.

Haven't had a chance to see much of Kaka these two years, but he looks like he's ready for MLS/retirement.
Has he dropped off in quality that far?He is likely still one team away from MLS though as he is only 29. I could see another relatively big Euro team getting him for a couple of seasons. Becks, Henry and Keane were all signed in their early 30's by MLS.

Not really, but at that point there was only a few minutes left in the game.
