He's played in a lot of finals for spurs.  And done jack#### in all of them.  I tried to find the stats but I can't be arsed.
You really think they make it to finals without him?  Weird lot, you Hotspurs fans turning on Kane just because he wants to win.  A truly big club would say see ya and go buy someone younger and better.

And, most Spurs fan are saying "See ya" - but not before they get fair market value.

Sure, but that’s not exactly Kane’s fault/problem, is it?
Kane's fault was doing an interview last season where he suggested he wanted to play with De Bruyne, and could go for £100m.

It was Kane's fault, his big mouth brother leaked a story to the Sun that Spurs would let him go for £160m

It was Kane's fault he told his buddies in the national team that he would not train for Spurs.

It was Kane's fault that he is still in Florida, instead of in training where he was expected back this past Monday.

It's Kane's problem because he wants out, but has acted like an ###, which caused Levy to dig in his heels.  So, now Kane is having to walk back a bunch of things, in an effort to make his reunion a little less awkward.

Kane is a great player - but he has really played this very poorly - to his own detriment.

I think he’s only played it poorly if he doesn’t get the move he apparently wants.

Time will tell, but I think the way he has played this is why he won't get the move he wants.

I think Spurs would be better if City put up the cash - but everything behind the scenes points to a major overhaul this summer for Spurs.  Three in, so far, and a fourth imminent, and still 3-4 likely.  Several already out, and a few more being pushed.

Its going to be a big transition year, but the rebuild is long over-due.

Are we really saying that anything Kane did or said is responsible for Daniel Levy "digging in his heels," which is precisely what Daniel Levy always does?  Kane could have delivered Levy's grandchild in the back of a taxi and Levy would still never sell him for 100 million.
Nobody besides the Chuckle Brothers thought Spurs would sell for 100m

But, the reports are that Spurs went from being willing to negotiate a fair price to not willing to sell after the leaked story to the Sun. And it was Joe Lewis’ call not Levy’s.

It's pretty shocking to me how Daniel Levy is now heralded by Spurs fans and Kane is villainized.  It's like we're living in an alternate universe.

He's also done Jack for England and was pretty incognito in the Euro Finals

C'mon now...

Harry Kane scored against Germany, twice vs Ukraine and in the semis vs Denmark.  Four goals in the four knockout games at the Euros.

The ownership group of your favorite USL club, Phoenix Rising, has completed their takeover of Ipswich Town.

"We are proud of our success on and off the pitch at Phoenix Rising and are committed to restoring ITFC to its former glory. To this end, the first priority is promotion to the Championship and the management team will be given additional funds to strengthen the playing squad.“

Do I refer to my new favorite League One club as the Blues or the Tractor Boys?

Going with both nicknames depending on my mood at the time.

I've gone full soccer dork. I subscribed to ITFC's iFollow and will be up at 7am local time tomorrow morning to watch Phoenix Rising Europe begin their campaign at Portman Road as they fight their way back into the Championship. They take on Morecambe. The Tractor Boys are -155 to win on Bovada. Ipswich Town fans seem to pleased with the new ownership and the offseason so far.

LFG!

in Scottish Premier...

@TEnglishSport: Dundee United absolutely outstanding. Never let Rangers settle. Huge self-belief and work-rate. First team to give Rangers a properly bloody nose in the league in 17 months. Yesterday, Steven Gerrard referred to them twice as Dundee. Hmm. He won't be making that mistake again

Couldn't score in the most important match in English history in 55 yrs though. Germany isn't the Germans they use to be, Ukraine is an ok side they should beat and the goal vs Denmark came after Sterling dived.

As the typical Spurs fan loves to thump their chests about how they won the transfer season, yet again, I think they'll be hard pressed to top PSG's transfers this year:

Achraf Hakimi (£54m)

Gianluigi Donnarumma (free)

Leo Messi (free)

Sergio Ramos (free)

Gini Wijnaldum (free)

And sure that's a lot of wages there, but ffs, ManCity throwing around crazy money as well.  Stones is second highest paid CB in league and Grealish is now the highest paid English soccer player, ever. :loco:
