Not sure that's really true.Thats pretty much everyone who isnt a fan. Especially adding TSO and Zlatan and spending 100mill on Pogba, you are either a fan or you hate them. No in-between.

4 years ago maybe. United haven't done much for newer fans to hate - other than winning the FA cup. I don't think new or relatively new baseball fans hate the Yankees.Thats pretty much everyone who isnt a fan. I agree with you overall. I would love a 4-1-4-1 and actually I think a traditional Man United 4-4-2 would be better. But I hear Mou likes his 4-2-3-1 or even 4-3-3 (not sure he has the people for a 4-3-3 though).
@B Maverick
what are you thinking for starting lineup once everyone is available?
Here's mine
Zlatan
Martial Mik Lindgard
Pogba Schneiderlin
Shaw Smalling Bailiy Valencia
De Gea
I could see trying Rooney on the right but I'd rather have Lindgards speed and covering to help Valencia who I see as the weak link in that starting lineup. I'd consider a 4-1-4-1 with Pogba pushed forward more but I'm not sure how much Mou plays that formation.
True, but its still United and the perception they outspend everyone is still there (at least LA has passed the Yankees on that) and Jose isn't well liked. Plus a lot of the fans have reveled in them falling down over the last 3 years. When they start winning again....4 years ago maybe. United haven't done much for newer fans to hate - other than winning the FA cup. I don't think new or relatively new baseball fans hate the Yankees.

You are very close....You guys must not have paid attention to Jose when he was at Chelsea, he's going to come out with a 6-3-1, park the bus and counter counter counter
Zlatan
Rashford Martial Pogba
Schneiderlin Mhky Shaw Smalling Bailiy Valencia
De Gea
so does my..... oh wait, family site. This is true...but my hatred runs DEEP...
2007 UCL...Manchester United 7 -Roma 1...AFTER ASR won the 1st leg 2-1...my gut, & my liver, have never been the same since...
Assumed?I'll allow it. Post YOUR team's preferred XI.
I'll take a shot at The Arsenal. No transfers assumed.
Giroud
Alexis Ozil Ox?
Scared of Xhaka Ramsey
Nacho Man Chambers? Kos Bellerin
Cech
One thing I will say, & why I am proud to be a Roma fan...the traveling Ultras started loudly chanting at the end of the game, supporting their team; even after such an embarrassment. At first, I was like WTF?...but then I was like ...'tis a beautiful thing... Forza Roma!so does my..... oh wait, family site.
I have to say, that was a good day
I think Alexis is clearly best on the left, and Welbeck can really only play on the left or at striker. That leaves Welbz as a spot starter and sub. I'm not going to move Alexis to the right, where he can't cut in on his dominant foot, just to get Welbz on the field. RAM is a big question mark for Arsenal. Lots of guys can play it (Ox, Theo, Iwobi, Ramsey). None of have really made a case to be an autostart there. Maybe Wilshere could play there and do the stuff Ramsey sometimes did from there.Assumed?
ETA What about the savior Danny Welbeck?
@Steve Tasker is a known "Ramsey-Hater"...I, on the other hand, have been a staunch supporter of his play... extremely underrated, both for club & COUNTRY...I think Alexis is clearly best on the left, and Welbeck can really only play on the left or at striker. HAHAHA, sucker! Where's Fazio? Oh, that's right..."WE" got him!Spurs:
Kane
Eriksen - Alli - Lamela
Dembele - Dier
Rose - Vertonghen - Alderweireld - Walker
Lloris
Bench: Vorm, Trippier, Wimmer, Wanyama, Winks, Son, Janssen
* Dembele is suspended for the first 4 games, Vertonghen is still recovering from a Euro injury, but training.
** Davies is primary backup at LB, N-Koudou expected to sign this week, and should compete for bench time with Son. Mason and Carroll are still here, but both available to leave, opening up some bench time for Onomah.
***minor rumblings that Eriksen is not happy, could potentially leave this summer - albeit still just a small chance.
Christ...what an embarrassment of #####es......err, "riches"...

oh I agree with you. Just having a poke at the Arsenal fans seeing why Welbeck was sold despite the promise and the welcome he got when he went to Arsenal. He is not a striker and not better then Alexis so where does he play?I think Alexis is clearly best on the left, and Welbeck can really only play on the left or at striker. At least show a little effort...would like a more "in-depth" analysis. Thanks.V - Arsenal
Firmino
Coutinho Mane
Wijnaldum Lallana
Henderson
Milner Klavan Lovren Clyne
Mig
Can will be the go to holding mid once he's fit, that pushes Lallana to the bench and Henderson to RCM
Origi will be a threat to starting up top, too. Love Sturridge, but that hip is flaring up again and just seem like he can't hold it together.
Kevin Stewart should have sealed a place in the team.
Benteke, Markovic and Ings on the fringe or further oot.
Origi
Matip(will push Klavan when back)
Stewart
Ojo
Grujic
Markovic
Ings
Gomez
I think the best team ends up being
Firmino
Coutinho Mane
Wijnaldum Henderson
Can
Milner Sakho Lovren Clyne
Mig
Karius
Matip
Klavan
Lallana
Origi
Grujic
Markovic
It's the hair... tiahey gator... seems like you're a big firminho fan
some games I've seen, he looks great- some... not so much. I don't really get him from what I've seen- so can you explain this more to me.
tia
He needs to play in the middle of the field. F9 or #10, at least that was the case with the system/players last season. Mane is going to help a lot with his pace and pressing. Firminio is better in link up play and pressing than Origi for now.hey gator... seems like you're a big firminho fan

Not a fan of The Coq? Notebook must be off... Is Cazorla healthy? He was having an awesome season until he got hurt. I'd put either of them in for Ox sliding Ramsey wide. I also like Walcott over Ox. Those CBs need upgrades and depth big time. I will finish my turn on Wenger this year if he does nothing about that and it costs them points.I'll allow it. Post YOUR team's preferred XI.

Do itSo this just happened! Fantasy Bundesliga... who is in????
Do it!
P.S. DO IT!
I have been doing some draft homework on Soton - and while I don't know who will be playing, or the new manager's name, I have learned that he is mostly playing a diamond midfield.I think I already did this a couple of weeks ago.
Long
Tadic Davis Redmond
Klasie Romeu
Bertrand Virgil Fonte Cedric
Forster
Hojbjerg could get the start over Klasie, Ward-Prowse is more midfield depth, Charlie Football and JayRod the offensive backups. That roster is currently pretty thin when you factor in at least six Europa games but they have a habit of taking their time scouting and making a signing or two just before deadline; they've still got Mane money to spend. I'm afraid that guy's gonna be great at Liverpool this season.

Milner at LB has to make you as nervous as Valencia at RB makes me. I know Moreno had a horrible Europa Cup final but is he really worst than Milner?I think the best team ends up being

If he was a WB in a back 5, he might be all world.Milner at LB has to make you as nervous as Valencia at RB makes me. I know Moreno had a horrible Europa Cup final but is he really worst than Milner?
That was my notebook joke, btw. Scoob is WT, right? Actually don't tell me. Put it in spoiler tags at least.Paging Wet Dream
- Man City apparently included John Stones on their Champions League roster, which they submitted to UEFA yesterday.Let's just say there's a reason they don't trust people like me with the keys. Have you seen what Gator did to the Gekko alias? That was my notebook joke, btw. Scoob is WT, right? Actually don't tell me. Put it in spoiler tags at least.
Now its official...- Man City apparently included John Stones on their Champions League roster, which they submitted to UEFA yesterday.
hmmm. not sure how I feel about this. is he healthy at least?wow, talk about the prodigal son returning.....
Giuseppe Rossi is being linked with NY Red Bulls.

All that and you know Pep is going to play a CM there.City really values the CB position - Mangala, Otamendi and Stones in consecutive summers. probably should have kept Boateng.
Can he play on the back line? What an odd signing, if true.Mahrez is meeting with Chelsea today![]()
