The Almiron fee is contingent on whether Newcastle stays in the EPL. Sounds like it is $21m base and if they stay up, it rises to $27.5m
I guess I undervalue the guy. great work-rate, and some good skills- but I just don't see it at the next level- especially in a faster more physical leauge, with the way he falls down and cries. ok- that last bit was just an aside. I wish him well, and I genuinely hope newcastle/yedlin stay upThe Almiron fee is contingent on whether Newcastle stays in the EPL. Sounds like it is $21m base and if they stay up, it rises to $27.5m
Don’t see how Lucho could get a work permit in England.looks like PSG offered $10m but a late bid came in from an EPL club (reporter could not give name of team) that may cause a mini bidding war.

So you don’t see how one of the fastest and most skilled players in MLS can play for a low-level EPL club?I guess I undervalue the guy. great work-rate, and some good skills- but I just don't see it at the next level- especially in a faster more physical leauge, with the way he falls down and cries. ok- that last bit was just an aside. Legend.
Hate to see him go, but it’s time. Great servant to the club. Good luck big Fella.![]()
Close it before they change their mind on Fellaini!!!is the window done?
Yeah - I changed my avatar at SpursCommunity to the BatSignal - but no luck yet.spurs and chelsea in batshuay talks.
also saw that bony went somewhere. forgot all about him.
spurs continuing their fine run of transfer form."Palace agreed terms with Batshuayi, according to SSN."

saw a lot of players going out on loan... was going to do a "sterling to sunderland!" post, but lacked the energy. No Draws, No Signings, No Surrender
Yup - pretty underwhelming window - team is suffering with injuries, and instead of bringing anyone in - we ship people out.saw a lot of players going out on loan... was going to do a "sterling to sunderland!" post, but lacked the energy.

In case there was any doubt... Toronto plan to go big to replace Giovinco and Vazquez. Told club is aiming to sign a younger attacker as a DP in next couple weeks. If signed, the fee will likely be among the highest in MLS history. Targeting 1-2 TAM signings this window, as well

I'm told Toronto FC has its sights on Algerian playmaker Sofiane Hanni, currently at Spartak Moscow, as a DP replacement for Giovinco. TFC could definitely use his creativity after the departures of Giovinco and Victor Vasquez. #TFC #MLS

yes and no. The guy Ives is talking about would be a TAM signing. I do not know who the dp is they are targeting for that price.Different guy?
ah- good. I think I've seen Hanni play- and he's quite good if it's the same guy I'm thinking of. but that's not exactly a "big signing" like your post referenced, even if Ives mentions him being a DP replacement for the outgoing players.yes and no. The guy Ives is talking about would be a TAM signing. I do not know who the dp is they are targeting for that price.
we just have to wait this all out. There is still Jozy too that was likely to be gone (from Jozy himself).ah- good. I think I've seen Hanni play- and he's quite good if it's the same guy I'm thinking of. but that's not exactly a "big signing" like your post referenced, even if Ives mentions him being a DP replacement for the outgoing players.
if true, this seems a little greedy for DC. They purchased Acosta for $1.5m. A ten times return is pretty much gin.Joga Bonito USA @Jasoninho10
Interestingly, Di Marzio say deal for Luciano Acosta broke down due to $1.5M difference. #DCU wanted $13M, but #PSG only willing to go up to $11.5M. That would be quite something, DCU playing tough with one of the biggest/richest clubs in the world
As a neutral, I hated him while loving him. Dude is the Dennis Rodman of the beautiful game
Not as greedy as Watford First they wanted 25M-28M for the guy now there's reports they wanted 40M-45M that's 20M or so more then what they paid to buy to begin withif true, this seems a little greedy for DC. They purchased Acosta for $1.5m. A ten times return is pretty much gin.
it is got to be hard to think your life is about to change into everything you dreamed about as a kid and in a second it all just changes to a long ### flight back to an MLS preseason camp.....Pablo Maurer
If you're wondering - not that any of you are - Luciano Acosta, I'm told, is devastated by all of this. This will be a tough one to stomach.
Your forgetting the unicorns and Rooney.it is got to be hard to think your life is about to change into everything you dreamed about as a kid and in a second it all just changes to a long ### flight back to an MLS preseason camp.....
Apparently Tuechel didn't even know about the transfer and when he found out blocked it too. Per Parisian Journalists DC was also a bit greedy in the end tooit is got to be hard to think your life is about to change into everything you dreamed about as a kid and in a second it all just changes to a long ### flight back to an MLS preseason camp.....
Yeah who doesn't like a drunk Wayne Rooney? Thats when he's the most entertaining and fun to be around. Fights, cops, maybe a night in the slammer. Sounds like most people's college years.Your forgetting the unicorns and Rooney.
1.5M is a lot of cash for an MLS team.Joga Bonito USA @Jasoninho10

Poch is a god.I know that most Spurs fans likely hate this graphic but I think it is an incredible feat that they stay as competitive as they do.
