The clear message I want Tomlin to send is that everybody better get their act in gear. The proven vets are the ones who shouldn't be resting on their laurels and lead by example. Young players will have their ups and downs, but the vets need to play up to their previous set standards and so far too many are not. Let's hope SD is just what the doctor ordered and they get back on track.Nonsense. I guarantee you the coaching staff is not ignoring poor play from anyone. They go through the film and it becomes obvious to the whole team when a player, regardless of his status, is screwing up.By calling out underachieving players to the media Tomlin is sending a clear signal that they better get their act in gear. He does cut a little slack in that area for proven vets because he knows these guys will come through for him down the road.Tomlin is in no danger of losing his credibility with his players or front office and that is pretty much all that matters.I agree and has I have stated I love Holmes, but you cannot ignore his very poor play the last two games. IMHO a coach cannot just call out reserve players for their poor play and ignore the starters poor play and keep his credibility.

I feel like I'm 12

I wish we had more time to hang out and hit local places but we didn't.The good news is the wife liked it and mentioned maybe making it a yearly event. It's expensive for us to do that but
