This is the equalizer. NE has the best QB and the best coach, but the Eagles are the better team this year. And while Pederson may not be the coach BB is, he's far from a bad coach. Its possible the moment becomes too big for Doug or Foles, but its laughable people would count them out before they even kickoff.
Here's the thing. Over the years, there have been multiple times when the opponent was more physically gifted than NE has been (bigger, stronger, faster, younger). But they may not have been mentally better, better prepared, more experienced, or better coached. In those cases, which team is "better?"
Similarly, over the years, opponents have done things wrong or made mistakes that NE typically doesn't do. Turnovers, penalties, poor play calling, clock management, buckling under pressure, etc. So again, how do we define which team is "better?" I am not saying either team will win or lose, but the label of being a better team is in the eye of the beholder, just like the Who'S Better - Rodgers or Brady thread.
As far as the game goes, I would not be shocked by a very low scoring game in the first half (like 7-3) but a track meet in the second half (like 40 points scored).
It has the feel of final drive one team scores to win or the defense holds to win.
