So...did I miss something or did Keith make one of the dumbest moves ever?

They had the plan...everything was golden...then in the interview with Jeff, he lashes out and looks at the gay dude and says, "I SAY STICK TO THE PLAN!"

Basically letting EVERYONE know they had a plan...therefore tipping off Jon and causing Natalie to nudge Jon to play his idol.

He stays quiet...everything works like a charm.

Then...when he sees Jon play his idol...he KNOWS the votes...why waste his idol? There was nothing you can do to stop either you or your son from going...just go and leave the idol for your idiot son.

I didn't catch jaclyns issue with having kids. Anyone recall what it is so I can google it?
Mrkh. Wiki has a pic...Seeing Jaclyn's armpit hair was a major turn off for me.

Tribal council lost me even after rewinding part of and researching...don't get why Natalie told Jon to play the idol when earlier she said she wanted him out. Was she in on their plan the whole time or just figured it out right then?
The fact that she can't get pregnant makes her more hot.
If you do some research on MRKH, you'll see that she may be lacking a "functional" ######. That would suck. http://www.businessinsider.com/lab-grown-######s-mrkh-syndrome-2014-4

He did. But I don't blame him too much. He's not totally sure he can trust those guys that just came to him. So going into tribal, he's thinking they are with him, but he's not 100%. The gay guy starts to talk to Jeff, and he tries to play it cool so Jon doesn't realize a blind side is coming. The problem there is that Keith hears what the gay guy is saying and he's confused on which way he's going. So he says what he did. Stupid when you're at home watching it. But I think paranoia must be a pretty intense thing in a game like this. So all it takes is a little doubt and your mind starts to go.

Keith made a dumb move. But I think the gay guy should have explained to him, "Look, at tribal, I'm going to make it sound like we're getting rid of you. But no matter what I say, trust me, because I'm trying to make sure Jon doesn't realize we're blindsiding him."

On the preseason Meet the Survivors or whatever special, she described her situation in more detail. Says it's all about the uterus.

I have to give Natalie credit for how she told Jon to play his idol.

NatL: "You better play your idol"

Jon: "Really?!"

Nat: "It's up to you (shaking her head)".

I think she would have been happy if Keith or Wes had gone or if Jon was blindsided. She just was trying to get him to play his idol. If he had played his idol and had not been blindsided, she could have said "I told you it was your decision". I don't know if she planned this, but Jon playing his idol forced Keith to play his.

Question: Keith and Wes knew the plan was for Keith to have 3 votes and Wes to have 2 (with Jon being blindsided with 4). So when Jon plays his idol, Keith knows that he is going home unless he plays the idol. If he

plays the idol, Wes is going home. Either way there is only one family member left, with no idol. Could Keith have not played the idol but put it into Wes' bag, so that the remaining family member (Wes) would at least have an

idol?
She wanted Jon around one more vote to guarantee her alliance the numbers. As mentioned before, she's like in with the mom/daughter pair, so letting Keith or Wes go makes sense. Keeps here alliance 5 strong rather than 4-4 tie, and allows her to (in theory) pick off the next 5 (including Jon/Jaclyn) and go to the finals with the pair she wants to. (no credit for that analysis to be, I'm pretty sure I read it earlier in this thread.)
No, I agree with you that she preferred Jon to stay. But she did not control whether he played the idol. I just liked how she suggested it but then said it was his decision. She covered herself either way it went.
Yeah I think she did well there. She wants Jon out but not yet and her little gesture to him during tribal not only kept him around, but flushed his idol for when she wants to get him out. Good move on her part.
I agree it was a good move.. but I think we may be giving her too much credit for game-play. I think she's a dolt and doubt she thought that far in advance.
I think we will know a lot more about how smart she is after this week.
I think I figured out how smart she was when she was attempting to insult someone she didn't know in John Rocker and she called him a homophobical.
I meant gameplay smart vs. social skills smart. And everyone was pretty mad at Rocker so her vocalizing it didn't really make anyone else mad, whether it was deserved or not.

Reading one of Wes exit interviews Natalie may have known about the plan to get Jon out. I think she is playing a very smart game.and is thinking ahead.

Yeah, I think Natalie's getting way too much credit here. She was completely out of the loop just two episodes ago. Did she have any idea Keith had an idol? I think she might have been better served just to let Jon go home with his idol in his pocket. You're still at 4-4 gender wise, you've broken up Jon and Jaclyn, and Jaclyn has no reason to be pissed at you. At this point none of the remaining guys other than maybe Reed are going to be able to make inroads with any of the girls, so you offer Reed top 5 and take out the remaining guys.

I don't think you can let Reed anywhere close to the finals, he would have way to many potential votes setting in the jury. Natalie best bet is sticking with the 2 couples and going with one of them when the time is right.

That assumes the two couples are planning to stick. Why would Jon and Jaclyn want to go to the final 5 with Natalie, Baylor, and Missy? Even Keith could see how that one is going to go down. Baylor and Missy aren't splitting, and no one is going to vote for them, so Natalie is going to want to sit with them final 3. If Jon goes home, Jaclyn doesn't have a ton of attractive options, especially considering that she despises the remaining guys and Natalie did nothing to betray her and Jon as far as she knows. But with Jon still there influencing her, they are a complete wild-card as they've shown the whole season. My guess is Jon realizes this week that they are toast if they go with N, B, and M and instead tries to work something with the guys and that's what the fight is about.

Good thoughts.

This may happen. I think J and J would be better off if they stick with the main alliance to vote out Reed. Then with drew and keith left vote with them to take out Missy or Baylor. But I wouldn't be surprised if what you said is true.

Hopefully Natalie pulls it off.. blind sides John and he leaves his girl behind with no idol.. as Natalie said, she gets to final 3 with missy and her brat and they might as well save all of us the time and give her the check at the final vote.

I guess it's the weight loss, I always thought she was a nasty troll, but thought she looked pretty good tonight.

So...for those that dislike spoilers, don't watch ANY of the upcoming promos CBS is playing. They just spoiled basically the entire episode for this week. Seriously, I don't usually care too much about avoiding "preview spoilers" but this is kind of ridiculous.

If you want to know what it was:

For those that didn't see it and don't care about spoilers, basically they said there was going to be a blind draw to see who goes home. Which means you can pretty much ignore any storyline regarding who's going home during the episode.
Yeah I saw the commercial. Ugh, WTF CBS?!
???

Well, that was an incredibly stupid move by Natalie. If she's hell bent on getting Jon out she should have targeted Jaclyn at the second tribal. Especially since Keith and Alec are fairly worthless at this game. Neither one was going to come up with anything worthwhile as far as strategy. So she just broke her word to her alliance for no real reason.

Yeah not the smartest move. She might luck out if Missy has to leave, since she probably still has Baylor and Keith plus an idol. Might cost her jury votes.

Are you all kidding? Great move by Natalie. Baylor was in on it, she just didn't tell her mom so the plan couldn't get ruined but her mom isn't going to go against them going forward.

It's now Bailey, her mom, Natalie, Keith vs Jon and Jacqueline. if one of Jon/jaq wins immunity they split vote between their pawn keith and whichever one of Jon/jaq doesn't have immunity flushing their idol out and keith goes home. Then they still have 3-2 lead and neither Jon or jaq has an idol to protect themselves the next week.

Natalie should have definitely taking out Uterless last night although if would have made for an interesting decision next tribal since Jon has the idol. However, last night's vote isn't the worse thing since Natalie has an idol as well.

I'm not sure which is worse, watching two gay dudes kiss all game long or put up with Jon and Jaclyn taking turns being mad at each other.

Yeah Natalie basically has forced Missy to join her, Keith and Baylor. Targeting Jax would have been the better move though.

Well Jon does have an idol.

Missy not sending Baylor to exile island was a major blunder.

Jax hips are  . Can't get enough of it. But got to say she doesn't seem like a picnic. She was ready to blow it all up the moment she felt disrespected rather then talk it out. She dominates that relationship. Jon was all what did I do wrong? The wine rifts were hilarious though. They do seem like an oblivious couple.

Would think it's going to be 4 vs 2.

The four split the vote for Jon and Jax. Whoever doesn't play the idol gets voted out.

To avoid that Jon needs to make a deal with Keith. Give him the idol if he will vote with him and Jax. Would make sense for Keith because he'd end up with an idol and with the numbers.

Last night proved that Alec and Keith are just floating along hoping someone carries them and it cost Alec..

They had a GREAT opportunity to align with Jon and Jaclyn by telling them Baylor and Natalie were planning to vote out Jon had he not won Immunity..

Sure, there is a chance with Jon being such a idiot he wouldn't believe them, but it would have been better then just hoping.

Going to take some sneaky play to be able to vote out Jon or Jaclyn next week since the alliance of 4 can't split their votes to cover the idol that they know Jon has..

Then it would be a tie.. 2 votes for whomever didn't play the idol, 2 votes for whomever Jon & Jaclyn vote for.. Which leads to the question..

Maybe the commercial some of us saw last week was a week early?? :oldunsure:

Baylor developed a crush for Alec and didn't want him to leave. For her to vote for him with Nat shows she is willing to go with Nat on any vote other than for her mom. If her mom is out next week, those two and Keith are golden.

Nat should be careful, though. I think Keith would win a final vote over her or Jon or sugar hips.

I hope Keith wins all immunity challenges going forward and wins this.

I wonder if watching last night was when Jon learned how close he was to being voted out.

One of the great things about this show is how your opinions of players change over time. You start off with first impressions and root against people that by the end you hope win it all.

I'm not sure which is worse, watching two gay dudes kiss all game long or put up with Jon and Jaclyn taking turns being mad at each other.
Two gay guys kissing, or Miss Michigan with the most amazing ### this game has ever seen, arguing with her bf while wearing a bikini. Yeah, tossup.

Yeah that's the mistake I was talking about, keeping Keith over Alec. Keith could beat her in the final vote. Plus she put J/J on alert.

For Jack

I didn't catch jaclyns issue with having kids. Anyone recall what it is so I can google it?
Mrkh. Wiki has a pic...

Seeing Jaclyn's armpit hair was a major turn off for me.

Tribal council lost me even after rewinding part of and researching...don't get why Natalie told Jon to play the idol when earlier she said she wanted him out. Was she in on their plan the whole time or just figured it out right then?
The fact that she can't get pregnant makes her more hot.
Another reason she is hot.

She's amazing. How she ended up with a toolbag like Jon I'll never know.

How does this not result in a tie? And that tie forces Keith and whoever Jon and Jac vote for out of the voting, which presumably results in another tie. Which results in a rock draw, which you had better win because you just announced to Keith you're selling him down the river.
