***OFFICIAL 'The Walking Dead' TV Series Thread*** (1 Viewer)

These two guys couldn't fight off the walkers? Pathetic...and then Judith, Tyreese, and the girls let them die without a head shot or stab knowing they'll turn?

I really thought Lizzie was going to feed the baby to the walkers.

Has anyone mentioned the jugs on the new girl?
That would be Rosita. Played by Christian Serratos. I think she played in the Twilight series or something.Edit: Fixed first link.
I was talking about Tara, but thank you. I'll take that, too. Very nice
You know what we need, another shower scene. Just less Rick and Morgan and more Tara, Maggie and the new girl. In fact, no reason for the new girl to not show the other two their shower facilities and lessons on how to use soap conservatively by sharing.

Pretty interesting stuff tonight. Aren't we missing a kid? Carl needs to get with crazy girl.

If there is another town all set up are these five factions going to come together and be all happy? Has to have some discontent of some kind.

A Tara-Maggie "bonding" scene absolutely has to happen.
Tara: You must be Maggie.

Maggie: Yes, who are you?

Tara: I'm Tara, I was with Glen when he died. He told me he loved you so much and we were trying to find you.

Maggie: Oh my god, no.....

Tara: [Holds Maggie as Maggie cries on her shoulder] There, there, he loved you so much.[Rubs Maggie's back and caresses the back of her hair]

Maggie: Glen used to hold me like that, he loved to play with my hair while kissing me.

Tara: Like this. [softly kisses the nape of Maggie's neck]

Maggie: That feels so good. [Maggie's hands venture down Tara's back]

Tara: Let me be your Glen. [brown chicken brown cow]

Yeah I thought that was poor form. Good episode tonight. The girl who plays Lizzie (last name Borden no doubt) is a much better actor than Carl. She sells the psychopath very well.

She is good. She hasn't had to talk as much as Carl though. Saw her tonight in True Detective as well.

How have any of these people survived? Worst scavengers ever. Tyrese leaving the two useless walker bait people without taking their supplies and weapons. Glen running past all of the govs men without collecting more weapons.

We can take it a little further. The governor old town is chock full of ammo and guns and even armored vehicles.

Glen almost didn't get out at the start and isn't even fully recovered yet. Getting out alive is primary goal. I can see taking issue with other parts but not Glen. Far too many walkers there to risk it. The guns will be there if you regroup and go back.

:goodposting:

Glen actually did a good job of packing up some essentials from the prison. Stopping amongst the walkers in order to pick over the governor's guys wasn't in his best interest. Especially considering he had no idea how far he would have to walk.

Good point, always a lot of assumptions and people have pointed out, seems like people continue to miss things. Why wouldn't they have cleaned out that town? They brought a bunch of people back on the bus, probably brought supplies or went back a few times. Look at the weapons cache they did have. They had a lot more firepower than Rick's initial bag as well as the 2 bags they got from Morgan. They had carts of guns, so again this is an assumption that these people do no scavenging even when the evidence that they did was shown to us in that battle scene.

Also, again commenting on Glen, who passed out after fighting. The dude just woke up from being passed out and almost losing his gun. He was barely able to get onto the bus the day before. He grabbed a bunch of supplies, but not more than he could carry. Getting killed to scavenge some more ammo and guns seems like a dumb decision since the walkers were concentrated in the area where the Gov's guys had gotten killed.

I really hope Judith is dead. Stupid baby...
Dagnamit.

Though I was prepared to eat these words if Lizzie had sufficated her. That would have been amazing and really taken this show to the next level. An eleven(?) year old girl murdering a baby... how dark would that be?

Yea, watching her at that point and remembering Andrew's( AKA Rick) interview where he said there were going to be aVERY controversial moment coming up had me believing this was it.

I sure hope that isn't all he meant by it because, as shocking as it was to watch her channel Lizzie Borden, it was not "controversial".

I am OK with Glen getting out of dodge and being too weak and outnumbered. Tyrese and Carol not scavanging the dead railway guys is a bit unforgivable.

Yeah, that was pretty dark, it was hard to watch.

Way to miss the dictionary, Glen...

I thought Glenn did a real good job of stocking up before he left the prison. I thought that scene did a good job of showing how effective they are at scavenging and finding ways to survive.

Agreed, although trying to scavenge the guys loved ones while he is still alive might not be taken well by the guy who still had a gun.

That said, WTF was the deal with that shoe? Was that a red herring? I think her name was Micah and it looked like her shoe, but pretty apparent that they didn't go back there before Daryl and Beth got there. I am pretty sure the last guy bitten was the one that attacked Beth, so he must have gone into the woods before turning.

I thought it was funny that Abraham's group looked more cartoonish than in the comic book.
Yeah, they did seem out of place. I guess they remind me of when we first saw the Woodbury folks who looked far more normal. I think we get so used to the look of our crew, which for a time got a little nicer at the prison, but has mainly been ragtag, that people that live more like pre-zombie people do look cartoonish. I don't read the comics, so interested to see if they are from the sanctuary or how well stocked they are. With what we saw, they appear to have working washing machines.

So the only two survivors left from Woodbury are the two girls?
Known so far and if true it goes with my statement that soon everyone will be dead the way survivors of the 1st days are dropping like flies.

Star Trek redshirts a plenty.

I dont get the camping in the dark woods with a fire blazing when they are surrounded by zombies.
Agree and it doesn't' look like it's very cold outside or do they have anything to cook.

And let's be real, you aren't going to make it very far with a screaming ### baby, especially when you leave it alone with two pre-teen girls. They better have something pretty special planed and not just keeping her alive to reunite with Rick and Carl.

Also, let's just let the walkers out of the bus one at a time? Yeah, we knew that wasn't going to work. Why not just break all the windows and poke 99% of them in the head from outside?

Other than that a solid episode, lots of good foreshadowing.

I didn't have many problems with this episode but Carol showing up like that was ridiculous.

She said she saw them run into the woods, but lost their trail.. Since she knew the direction they headed, it is not hard to believe she would be close enough to hear the gunshots.

Yeah, not surprising to me that Carol would be lurking around the prison in the first place and then see the girls and want to find them. She even said she heard the gunshot.

I'm not sure if they were even from Woodbury. I don't think we saw them get off the bus at the end of season 3. The two girls and their father may have been picked up by Darryl or someone in that time prior to the start of season 4.
