That's my take on it too. It's clearly labeled a comics spoiler so if does come to pass on the show so be it. I'm pretty much prepared for this show to do just about anything at this point.

Could've been Rwandan and that definitely fits in with Tyreese talking about his father. But the transcript also could be viewed as someone's take on everything the group has done and encountered as well. I think it fits either way.

This is definitely an episode that will require multiple viewings to catch all the stuff going on. Very layered.

Was starting to wonder about that a little.. the differences between a dream and a hallucination. What I said I think would make sense if it were a dream, not sure for hallucination to be honest.

Yeah, they haven't followed along on the TV show but Glenn's death was arguably the biggest shocker in the series and I just think they might stick with it. I'm probably wrong considering the show's history.

Is it messed up that I have nightmares about zombies the nights I watch this show?

I thought the vision of the Governor morphing into a walker was f'n creepy, more so than just about anything they've done yet.

I thought the sound of the walker snapping its teeth trying to bite Tyreese was very cool.

When the girls were holding his hand and then it changed to Rick chopping off his arm the next second.... YAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH.

At some point one of the truly main characters is going to get killed. It just seems inevitable. I think Rick is safe as long as Andy Lincoln wants to keep doing the show but I could see any one of the other central characters (specifically Daryl, Glenn or Maggie) getting killed off at just about any point right now. Carol's an original cast member but I don't view her as untouchable as the others right now

Did I miss the Hyundai commercial with the zombie killing car? Where was that?

See honestly this is what I was thinking of when I saw the cut in half bodies. I was envisioning some big car/truck with spinning blades on the sides that sliced the zombies/humans in half when they broke through the wall.

Plus as a bonus, you could easily load the top half of still alive zombie in a catapult and fling it at an enemy. Pretty effectve weapon, I might add.

In terms of this particular comic spoiler, I don't doubt that the referenced antagonist will show up, and I wouldn't be surprised if he offed someone in a similar confrontation. However, I would be shocked if it was the person that he did it to in the comics. If that goes down, it will be someone else now.

I'm thinking along the lines of Bob's death matching up with Herschel's and assuming Tyreese was beheaded in the comics then Herschel's matching up with Tyreese's, that sort of thing.

It does seem like the antagonist mentioned will show up at some point given how often he gets talked about. If the remainder of this season is supposed to get even darker perhaps he shows up in the season finale.

I think the bolded will happen.

There's really not many similarities from the comics as far as the deaths are concerned, even switching them up. Just the characters and settings are similar.

Everyone is so dark, he was the comedy relief and lightened it up. I think they missed a real opportunity to have one guy go the other way. Happy to be alive, accepted the challenge of the apocalypse and could have been the guy to make the tongue in cheek wise crack every time he killed a zombie.

It has to be prepared ahead of time. No way people could come up with that much stuff that quickly, especially since apparently they sometimes have non-comedians on.

Great episode though. They were funnier than most of the comedians they've had on.

Season 1 they showed people bitten having these visions.

They did with Shane in season 2, although it was a lot different. First, Shane was already dead and second, I believe the visions were more zombie like, i.e. frenzied and nasty to signify him turning. I agree with Shuke that this was not turning into a zombie, this was the whole life flashing before your eyes before you die visions.

Sorry..last's night's episode was horrible.

You have a world in which it is a daily struggle and they casually blow off a trek to Virginia with a throw away " That was a hard trip" line. I was looking forward to an epic Journey and they skipped it.

I'm not saying they had to show every mile of the 500 mile trip to Richmond, but it would have been nice to see some of it. The whole group hadn't ventured too far from Atlanta from the start of this show. I'd imagine that they are all from GA. Seems like it would be a big deal for them to leave "home" and finally go on the road. Did they run into any trouble? Were the roads filled with cars and walkers like they had previously encountered? I don't need 3 episodes to the trip, but give us at lease more than a couple lines about it.

Wait, they were in Virginia? I didn't even hear that.

The show that makes going to a nearby town for supplies into a Homer epic ends up going to a new state for the first time with a throwaway line?

One of the first things I mentioned to Mrs. They can't even drive 30 minutes without running into hordes of walkers that derail their plans, but they made a 500 mile drive lickety split like it was nothing.

Also, did they ever mentioned how Noah and his dad got from Virginia to Atlanta in the first place? Why the #### did they leave the safety of their community?

I thought last night was a good episode, except for how Tyrese/Cutty got bit. This whole premise of a walker sneaking up and chomping a chunk out of someone? C'mon.

Think about it. There's no noise at all. No radio or TV playing. No neighbor mowing his lawn. No cars or street traffic or sounds of kids playing in the yard. It's dead silent. You're in an unknown house and you've already seen a walker behind a closed door. NO WAY anyone is sneaking up on you, no matter how mesmerized you are by a couple photographs. Lazy writing.

Only takes a second. Over the course of a few years you would never have a lapse for one second?

Do soldiers clear houses by themselves or do they bring someone to watch their back?

And if I had to clear a house by myself I wouldn't stop to look at pictures on the wall until I've secured the room and shut the door behind me.

I got the sense that Tyrese had seen all of this prior and was having some sort of "deja vu" moment that distracted him.

Probably have to to leave island regularly to scrounge supplies.
