Yeah, but I think Worm is under 30. And honestly, last year I went from like 45 to 70 in 2 weeks just by doing them every day. It goes up pretty fast, maybe not that fast for you but it goes fast, believe me.Says the 17 year old. Your body changes over the years. It takes a lot more work to accomplish something at 35 or 40 than it does as a teenager.Don't be. When you can make around 40, it really doesn't take long to reach 70. Reaching 100 is an other story but I believe within two weeks you'll be able to do 70.Yeah. I'm in the mid 40s now. I'll be surprised if I get much past 60.I have a hard time believing that someone who only has a max of 10-20 initially will be able to do 100 in 6 weeks. We'll see.
That was just from the initial.Did the day 1, no soreness so it gets better
Did day 1 yesterday and my whole shoulder/chest area is so sore. I do moderate lifting at work at I wanted to scream everytime I exerted myself. Day 2 is going to be really bad. I'm just trying to get through until Sat and Sun to have 2 days off in a row
I'm almost 45 and haven't worked out much in the last year (almost not at all) and while a little sore I'm ready to go. But usually when I'm starting up at working out again it's the second day that's worst so we'll see how tomorrow goes.
