If you haven’t abandoned social media yet, do it. My mood is so much better. It could just be me but I get stressed when people openly talk about hating half the country. My productivity is much higher as well.
Wish my wife would do that.

I've had more than one night where I'm Instagraming until I hear birds chirping outside due to the sun about to rise. Not at all healthy for anyone ... never mind a 56 year old.
I'm not much of a book reader but I'm listening to "The Outrage Machine" the audio-book which was free for me on Amazon Music.
I'm about 2 hours in (of 12 hours) and It's a bit long winded making points but I feel the long-windedness is also excellent therapy for the self diagnosed ADHD that I've acquired from online media streaming and scrolling.
I'm very much enjoying it so far and looking forward to understanding and learning ways to deal with the addiction of digital entertainment and social media.
