Done with the third week (I have just have the stretching tomorrow). For the recovery week I plan on doing...
Day 1: Elliptical (45 minutes) plus abripper
Day 2: Plyo
Day 3: Elliptical (45 minutes) plus abripper
Day 4: Kempo
Day 5: Elliptical (45 minutes) plus abripper
Day 6: One of the Insanity workouts
Day 7: Stretch plus Basketball
So far I am down 9 pounds in three weeks but I really don't notice a difference in my body, stamina, or athletic ability. Also, is there any reason not to do the abripper on the off weeks?

I decided I was going to do the whole nine, so I prepared my meals for the week on Sunday and I'm sitting here tonight starving but know I can give in the first day. I was able to do most of the workout except the last set of under the fence pushups, I hit the floor. My first time through Ab Ripper I was doing anywhere from 10- the entire 25. I didn't do all the measurements prior to starting, but I did do the pictures and recorded my weight. Starting at 5'9 165lbs and hoping to add a little bulk and get rid of a beer gut that has started to develop. I get to see what all the Plyo talk is about tomorrow.

Doing something for 30 seconds doesn't sound hard, but Plyo kicked my butt way more than the first day did. Gearing up for I think arms and shoulders this evening.
. Even my brother (who's always been faster than me) noted back at the truck that he couldn't catch me and had never seen me ride like that before. Needless to say, this is exactly what I needed to get me motivated to wrap up phase 3 after I heal up today (god I'm sore!!!)

That Plyo routine is a butt kicker for sure! Water breaks have never been so appreciated in my life!! I am much more sore this morning than yesterday!!Gotta say though, i am still looking forward to arms and shoulders tonight.
