The Russians still managed to create controversy. A Russian-run boxing organization were the ones who DQ'd the Algerian and Taiwanese boxers a couple of years ago from some other tournament. She really was pretty amazing. Impossible to shoot on, controls her opponents upper body so well, is deliberate to protect herself whenever she wants to try to make a move but also automatically reactive to get in perfect position to prevent the opponent from moving on her. Was only in the slightest bit of jeopardy for about 10 seconds halfway through the 2nd . Remarkable performance.

She apparently shaved her head and the team even went so far as to draw blood from her. But yes, 100 g is the number I heard as well. Also, it was the Indian wrestler who missed weight. I'm pretty sure Guzman is the Cuban who took her place in the final.
