2020 (now 2021) Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Closing ceremonies 8/8 | USA finishes with most gold, silver, bronze AND overall medals (1 Viewer)

I’m not the only one who thinks the female diving commentator sounds exactly like Princess Carolyn from Bojack Horseman, right?

This 5-ball Rhythmic Gymnastics is kind of mesmerizing. The synchronization of throwing, bouncing, catching those balls all over the place is quite impressive.

That tiny #15 driving the lane for a layup over that 7-foot-tall US person (or so she seems) is killing me.  :lmao:   I'm almost rooting for Japan here.

when did rythmic gymnastics turn into a vegas show this is pretty cool take that to the bank brohans

USA won a surprise gold medal in cycling.

So USA and China are tied at 38

USA can go ahead with a win vs Brazil in womens volleyball.

Overall medal count is USA 110 vs China 87

The Cuban lightweight boxer who raises his hand every time he lands a punch was hilarious.

Then with the full Michael Jackson dance after the win. :lmao:    He is a fast mofo.

I also enjoyed the American kid (Cruz?) mimicking the Cuban with the hand gestures.  Both guys missing but raising their arms to show the judges they landed something (air).  :lmao:    Good stuff.

That was a statement win.  Brazil had been by far the best women's team in the tourney so far and the US just dominated them from the start of the match.  Just beautiful.

FYI, don't know how many caught it, but the men's tourney was won by France, who got throttled by the USA men's team in the first game 3-0.  Just goes to show how close all these top teams are and why a gold is such a huge accomplishment.
