12 Team, 2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 FLEX, 2 TE, 2 TD, 1 K. PPR, All TDs are 6. Small incentives for long TDs, 100 yard rushing/receiving etc.

I'm the #1 seed after going 11-2. Unfortunately 8 of the 12 teams make the playoffs. I believe this is for incentives to keep teams in it all year long. The problem with that is that the #8 seed, who is supposed to be the easiest, is the 4th highest scoring team with guys like Matt Ryan, DeMarco and TY Hilton. Not as scary of a team, but H2H in the playoffs, anything can happen.
This is Year 5 of the league. I shattered the season points record set in 2013. The record was 2350.90. The new record is 2816.10. I should cruise through the playoffs, but, again, anything can happen. I'm nervous.
In standings, in NFL.com if you go to Breakdown it shows you how you fared against each team for each week of the season. I was 118-25. 8 of the 13 weeks I would have beaten all 11 teams. I wish this was a dynasty team.

Yeah dynasty. I drafted AB 4 years ago in the start up. Drafted Zeke at 1.01 this past year (owned the 1.01 after trading for it, gave up Brady and something else cause I had 5 QB's I think). Then traded Dez for DJ this year.

must have a backup for each position

league has strict roster requirements BTW, so get ready for more D/K than usual!
QB: Brady, Ryan (went undrafted, early WW pickup for me)
RB: Le'veon, Ingram, Rawls, Powell, DeAngelo (drafted, dropped during injury, just picked back up).
WR: OBJ, Baldwin, Crowder (WW pickup), Moncrief (drafted & held), Landry, Tyler Boyd (dropped Jordan Matthews for him as a flier)
TE: Brate (midseason WW pickup), Ladarius (just dropped Ebron for him). this position has been WW specials for me all year, ran with Pitta until Brate broke out.
D: Texans (drafted & held all year), Chargers (late-ish WW pickup for a great matchup that week & their playoff schedule)
K: Hopkins (my final draft pick, yay~), Sturgis (late-ish WW pickup)
the other two teams i see as a threat have far less depth than me but scarier high-end guys (Brees + David Johnson for one, Evans + Gordon + two top 3 TEs for the other). their other starting RBs/WRs besides the guys i mentioned are iffy at best, so that's where i hope to win. very close year!
