My weekend is done with 73.6 points. Considering Big Ben and Antonio Brown are basically my only non super bowl pick players, my chances don't look good for next weekend (if I advance this week).

I loaded up with players from my SB picks.Problem is I loaded up with players that won't score much.

130.55 plus whatever Reed adds in the last 4 minutes. I've had worse scores in the regular season game. Wish I could save about 50 for the Super Bowl week.

Loaded up on SEA/NE hoping SEA scored enough points this week to push it thru. Weather concerned me but whatever. Fun run this year.

TD - New England Patriots - 9

Another team with only players from 2 teams. Only 4 scoring the next two weeks. Last year's cut in the second week was 138 points
I believe the team winning last year had 12 SB players and 3 non. What the hell man. Why not roll the dice. Came with nothing, leave with nothing. I'm good

Sorry man. Nothing personal. Just pointing out the most likely winning strategy. Those 3 extra players were the difference for him surviving in week 2 though. Without them he doesn't make the cut. Week 2's cut last year was 138. Tough to get that with just 4 players going. Of course, this year's cut may be lower with some great Ds remaining in ARI SEA DEN CAR and KC

Good luck

Doubt I have enough with 10 players even if my two teams do make it (Sea/KC) but here's mine...

QB - Russell Wilson - 33
QB - Alex Smith - 27
QB - Aaron Rodgers - 24
RB - David Johnson - 23
RB - Spencer Ware - 10
WR - Doug Baldwin - 21
WR - A.J. Green - 18
WR - Danny Amendola - 4
WR - Chris Conley - 2
TE - Rob Gronkowski - 27
TE - Travis Kelce - 18
TE - Luke Willson - 3
PK - Steve Hauschka - 11
PK - Cairo Santos - 11
PK - Mason Crosby - 7
TD - Seattle Seahawks - 11

I am certain that I selected Kelce as one of my players, yet when I look at the Check Status page, he is not listed, so I missed the cutoff. Anyone else believe they have a missing player?

Forgot to go back and finish my lineup, so I wasted $5 (unless I have some KC/WASH player I don't remember picking) and have only 2 players outsides of my Super Bowl teams (D. Johnson and A. Brown). I wanted at least one or two more.

Finished in the money last year, doesn't look like I have much of a chance this year. Maybe I can squeeze though another week and have ARZ/SEA and PIT/NE left.

48.3 pts this week using 3 players. If the missing players change the cut line, then I'm done already.

Tom Brady $34 0.00
James White $16 0.00
Danny Amendola $4 0.00
Stephen Gostkowski $13 0.00
New England Patriots $9 0.00

Antonio Brown $30 18.90

Russell Wilson $33 14.20
Marshawn Lynch $15 0.00
Doug Baldwin $21 15.20
Tyler Lockett $15 4.50
Cooper Helfet $10 0.00
Steve Hauschka $11 6.00
Seattle Seahawks $11 5.00

David Johnson $23 0.00

Nope.....your right. Should have read closer. I screwed this one up. Was so damn busy with work thought I knew the rules. Good luck moving forward to the ones who did

Boy did I screw up. I was in a hurry to put a team together on here before the games started and didn't really put a good strategy together. My main thought was picking players that would go far in the playoffs. By doing this I picked too many players that had a first round bye and only had a few players actually get me points. The funny thing is that I almost made the cut.

Sweating this. How much is the 42.4 going to move? I'm currently at 28.8 and will move to 66 when the missing plays are added. That would be 70 if I happened to take Hopkins which I can't recall.

I'm currently at 6 but would jump to ~69 when it gets fixed. No idea if that would be enough - knowing that my own score was understated by 60+ points doesn't give me a ton of confidence that the cutline won't make a huge move.

Based on missing Wash and KC (haven't heard of other players missing), assuming even distribution the line should move 17% or to 49.5. From there we need to account for the fact that KC was more widely held and Reed/Thompson went off. Reed is going to have a huge ownership with the guys that took the top 2 players from every team.

Quick question. Has anyone emailed the issue in? It actually helps my chances, as I had no guys from the missing teams, but I don't want to see anyone screwed over.

Went with Pittsburgh/Seattle SB, so if that doesn't happen, it was a fun ride. Made it through so we'll see what happens.

Yeah, count me in the crowd that was expecting a cut in the 50's and couldn't quite reach the number this year. The weather in Minnesota didn't help my cause any. Good luck to everyone else.

:sadbanana:

was planning on a ~ 50 cut line like last year. No repeat.
:kicksrock:

same.

Alex Smith, KC D, Michael, Crowder, Heath Miller and DHB weren't enough.

Still think my strategy was sound, but should have picked better players than DHB, Miller and Crowder.

I didn't pay any attention to the numbers not being final when I looked this morning. Looks like I ended up making the cut with 7 of my guys not even playing.

i went for it picking cardinal and bronco players heavy... but my small smattering of WC weekend players fell 15 pts short of the cutoff

LMAO I'm ######ed and didn't read the rules closely enough.

I thought I had a brilliant strategy picking players from only two teams.

I'm OUT. :wall: :lmao: :lmao:

Missed this from the rules:

"In the first three rounds, ONLY YOUR TWO HIGHEST-SCORING PLAYERS FROM EACH NFL TEAM WILL COUNT TOWARD YOUR SCORE. In the Super Bowl, ALL your players count toward your score."

I screwed up too as you can see from my post above, but the difference is I spent a good 30-45 mins working on my contest submission. LMAO
