For anyone who likes scented candles, I love Little House Candles.  It's a family owned and run business, which I will always prefer to support over a big company.  The people who work there are great, the candles are excellent and are half the price of Yankee Candle for the same size, and the customer service is great.  This is one of those finds where I wish I had found them sooner because they are so much better than any of their competitors IMO.

I might have to give this a shot. I'm a fan of Woodwick scented candles but the cost is ridiculous. Most of the candles I've tried that are reasonably priced are so weakly scented you can barely smell them.

This is kind of embarrassing but hopefully this can help someone else.

About 3 years ago I started getting eczema on my hands.  The severity comes and goes, but it have never completely gone away for even a few days.  When it was bad, it was extremely uncomfortable, especially when washing my hands.  Just extremely dry hands and often areas where the skin would crack open and I had open lesions.  It was primarily on my palms and between fingers, so was mostly hidden from people.  I tried all kinds of lotions, and doctor prescribed me topical steroid cream.  I wore moisturizing gloves to bed at night.  

Three weeks ago I went back to my dermatologist because they were really bad.  He gave me a steroid shot and told me to start using Working Hands.  

This stuff is INCREDIBLE.  Now of course I'm sure the steroid helped, but I have not had any issues the past 2 weeks.  No longer wearing the gloves.  This seems way different from other lotions.  After using, my hands don't feel greasy or slippery, but actually feel like there is a thin layer of wax covering them, and it actually seems to improve my grip on things, like I have stickem on my hands.

I have an older model that I got over 10 years ago. I've used it for work and travel quite a bit over the years and it still looks almost brand new. Highly recommended.

I can vouch for this too. I had extremely deep cracks in my heels and used working hands (they also make a foot cream) and it provided relief within days. I also use on hands in winter. Great great stuff. I was skeptical as I purchased it originally at Hardware’s store but now buy the bigger tub from amazon.

My back hair has moved from my back to my neck the older I get.  Its starting to become a nuisance.   Plus the neighborhood pool opens this year. 

This thing works like a charm. Not sure how often you'll have to change the blades.

I bought a +$40 metal gas can at Lowe's to replace the garbage plastic safety ones that are everywhere.  I can't stand the safety nozzles, and have been just using a funnel.  I don't even bother using my gas & oil mix can anymore.  I buy the pre-mix. The 2 stroke equipment runs better, and it's not as much of a hassle/mess.

Our yellow Dyson was 18 years old and needed replacement. Loved it.

The newest Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal + Allergy is insanely expensive at $600 but I like that the "Cinetic" requires no filters and never loses suction. Wife wanted the Animal  .

Bought it "Like New" on Amazon with free shipping for $359. Box was damaged (who cares?) but saved boatloads.  

No kidding. She vacuumed a "reasonably clean to the naked eye" area rug and it filled the canister. This baby is beastly.

Attention my bald headed brothers.  For years I have struggled from the oppression of the “wired” Wahl Balding Clippers.  While they tore through my scalp like a John Deere through a fresh field of barley they were very cumbersome to use.

I received some new clippers yesterday and let me tell you I have found the light.

They  feel a bit cheaper than my Wahl but waterproof cutting in the shower down the drain trumps all other cards.  I have only cut once and it was surprisingly very easy to use.  So far 5 stars!
