Hi Folks,

I apologize for the trouble but the Dark Mode theme is not available at this time.

For some reason, it was causing major trouble for users. The forums are all managed by Invision, the company that created the board software. They are trying to find the problem but at this point we don't have a time table for when Dark Mode will return. With this being by far our busiest month, I would not anticipate a resolution until after the NFL regular season starts.

I know some people hate the default light mode. We're aware of the pain this causes some folks. Please accept our apologies and we'll continue to try and create a positive forum for discussion.

I thought you might be joking. Moving to dark mode and describing it as "painful" seemed a little too earnest, but then I also did think you might be totally serious, too. Perhaps it's just me. Sorry about that.

Me too. Is there a grey or beige mode or something in between? This is pretty bright coming out o the dark mode but I understand the issue with more traffic coming. 

It's probably my fault because I never used it prior to the last upgrade which i think was earlier this year or doesn't seem like that long ago and then got very used to it.
