He had one before - but the OL was a mess so they asked EE to do more blocking. Both Rudolph & EE will still be doing a lot of blocking, but I just read that barring injury they still intend to use Rudolph as their “move” TE.At least he has a TE now.

He should and I think he will be better...if ever there is a make it or break year for a player...its Danny right now.
What’s super cheap? I’m trying to sell him to strong contenders for their 2022 1st and mostly getting met with “lol” for responses...maybe he’s not worth that, but I’m also not bailing for pennies, better just to hold and see what happens during year at that pointI'm excited to see what he can do this year. I bought him cheap in a super FLEX dynasty from an owner who seemingly gave up on this project to grab a QB early from this year's class.
Seems like he has too many weapons to fail.

Whoops, yeah...haha, I would be expecting such responses in 1QB leaguesSuperflex league?

Daniel Jones has a bunch of his weapons out in North Carolina with him for training, including Saquon Barkley, Kenny Golladay, Sterling Shepard, Darius Slayton and David Sills.
#Giants QB getting a lot of work in with his teammates this offseason.
Dear god please make this happen.
I read recently that any time a headline asks a question, the answer is "No". If it was yes, the headline would have been worded differently.
if you read the article, the answer is actually split.I read recently that any time a headline asks a question, the answer is "No". If it was yes, the headline would have been worded differently.
It's a silly question anyway. We shouldn't expect 3rd year QBs who have been really bad to just turn into MVP candidates.I read recently that any time a headline asks a question, the answer is "No". If it was yes, the headline would have been worded differently.
I don't need to read the article, I made up my mind during his rookie season.if you read the article, the answer is actually split.
That’s not very scientific.I don't need to read the article, I made up my mind during his rookie season.
He was a fun guy to watch when he was healthy. He did have a big career ahead of him.Can I see your ten teams? Not being antagonistic.
edit: and I agree - would prefer a WR via draft rather than overpaying another slot receiver.
Hakeem Nicks is only 32 years old, what a shame he didn't have a full career.
Giants training camp observations, Day 3: Daniel Jones (and Kenny Golladay) still struggling
in another development, it appears the sun will be setting in the west this evening
But Golladay is off to a slow start. He dropped a pass during drills where Giants receivers were practicing screens with Jones and the other quarterbacks.
Golladay, known for contested catches, also missed what should’ve been a touchdown over Adoree’ Jackson in the end zone on a 50/50 ball. It was good coverage from Jackson but it’s the sort of play the Giants are hoping Golladay will make this season.
May belong in the Golladay topic.![]()
e.g. "Danny Dimes" day might have looked better with those two catches & TD.
It's day 3. They're not even wearing pads. Golladay hasn't played in most of a year. I'mma let it breathe a little.
I’d sure like to see him play before answering that.Is Jones close to being waiver wire material in start 1qb 12 team leagues?
I would drop him if I owned him, so my belief is yes.Is Jones close to being waiver wire material in start 1qb 12 team leagues?
There’s potential there with improved receivers and Barkley back.I would drop him if I owned him, so my belief is yes.
Out of the 3 leagues, I am in, that are 12 team 1 QB he is owned in 2 out of 3, so my leagues disagree with me.
overly simplistic approach. You can't just add numbers because someone missed the season. You can expect increased dump offs and numbers to increase, but not by adding in a season Barkley was healthy in to D. Jones' last years numbers. There’s potential there with improved receivers and Barkley back.
Look at Barkley’s receiving numbers his last healthy season. Now add that to Jones’ numbers & expected reduced turnovers due to safer dump-offs.
It is possible that Jones is a top 15 QB. Is it probable?

Eh….
I didn’t say I was doing long division here. I just said he’s got more weapons & the implication with Barkley is that he’s done much more with Barkley in the backfield.overly simplistic approach. I quoted what you said. I even bolded the part I took issue with. No mention of trying to use long division in the equation.I didn’t say I was doing long division here. I just said he’s got more weapons & the implication with Barkley is that he’s done much more with Barkley in the backfield.
That’s called “a joke”.I quoted what you said. I even bolded the part I took issue with. No mention of trying to use long division in the equation.
Is he another Blaine Gabbert? Or slightly more, but nothing you can't do without in a start 1qb 12 team league and could use the roster spot on a high upside prospect?
Would you categorize most of your posts as jokes on this forum? That’s called “a joke”.

He has already been dropped in one of my start 1 qb 12 team leagues. I only have him in one league and already have Hurts, Mack Jones, Watson, and Zach Wilson. Seems like overkill to keep Jones. I suppose I could offer him up and a 4th rd pick for a future 3rd to a team with only one QB. Everyone else wouldn't need him. If he says no, then I'll try and offer him for a 4th to a team that I feel will be a bad team.![]()
It’s a good question. Unfortunately I don’t think we can answer it until after week 1, because the Giants aren’t showing us anything.
No; just that one, which was obviously intended as humor.Would you categorize most of your posts as jokes on this forum?
Yeah, I’m not sure Jones makes your roster, but it’s tougher than it should be. Watson is kind of a brick for the time being, but talent-wise he’s a brick you’ve gotta hold. Mack Jones is…..a backup? Will start this year? Tough to know. So you have Hurts/Wilson. That’s probably enough, but At least Jones is expected to be out there week 1.He has already been dropped in one of my start 1 qb 12 team leagues. Odd you felt the need to use "humor" in your response. Your post clearly stated to add Barkleys healthy numbers to D. Jones numbers. That was the point I was making before getting sidetracked with your "humor."No; just that one, which was obviously intended as humor.
Part of that post was not a joke - which was the legitimate take that AJones could be better with an improved compliment of receivers.
happy I could clear that up for you, despite it all being glaringly obvious from my initial post.![]()
You’re the one sidetracking this thread. And frankly it comes off as stalkerish and trolling.Odd you felt the need to use "humor" in your response. Let's stick with D. Jones before getting too sidetracked in this thread.
When I think of Mack Jones I'm not considering whether he's starting right away, and no one should in dynasty. I'm thinking Hurts / Z Wilson / Mack Jones / and a Watson hold should suffice. I'll try and trade D Jones, but I doubt there will be any takers, except possibly the one team with one QB rostered.Yeah, I’m not sure Jones makes your roster, but it’s tougher than it should be. If Watson weren’t going through it, Jones would be a no-brainer drop for you in 1 QB IMO.
