@gruecd, as you know, I've done a 40-day, 3-marathon extravaganza back in fall, 2013. And as you might recall, I suddenly bonked hard at mile 19 of marathon #3. So my main advice is to be cautious about the lead-in to Lublin. More than anything, you don't want to put Lublin at risk since you will not enjoy having a bad day when showcasing your talent across the pond. As others suggest:
- skip Carmel
- run Boston. Go easy over the first sixteen, and use the hills as training, followed by strong striding to the finish.
- skip Prague. While the gang here will appreciate the accomplishment of multiple marathons over such a short period, the folks in Poland won't. Most of them (like most civilians we encounter) are impressed enough with a marathon race. Multiple marathons over a very short period won't really compute for them, so why bother?
- race Lublin for a strong time and a top finish.
