Just got back from my run.
I was 3rd-and-10 from my ad-hoc 200,000ft of elevation goal for 2019. Given that it's three days from the end of the year, I'm in 4-down territory.
Today, I had just planned to throw a short 7-yarder to set myself up well for a 4th-down play on Tuesday (the 31st).
Got through about 75% of the required elevation over ~3 hours today and called an audible. Could have taken the left turn back to the car, but I said "#### it, Zasada, get it done today, and haul your ### back up that hill you just hauled it up a few hours ago".
Closed the deal. Now sitting at 200,492 ft of elevation gain and can watch some football with great satisfaction. Also got my Strava Dec HM badge which just yesterday I had figured wasn't going to happen. And to top it all off:

I spent my 40's wondering if the competition would ever slow down.  The bracket did thin a little for 50-54 ...more so at 55-59, and then it's a cliff at 60-64.  I move on to 65-69 in the fall  (!) and it looks pretty much like 'last man standing.'
