I value Rico more if Hubbard sits, and I'm in the same situation with Irving and Benson with injuries. Was going to drop S. Tucker for Rico, but apparently Irving still not practicing.Picking up Rico just in case

Get Rico. Tucker is a backup for a week or two at bestWas going to drop S. Tucker for Rico, but apparently Irving still not practicing.Picking up Rico just in case
Already did as soon as I heard he wasn't practicing.Get Rico. Tucker is a backup for a week or two at bestWas going to drop S. Tucker for Rico, but apparently Irving still not practicing.Picking up Rico just in case
Agreed here. Dowdle would see a bigger workload for sure. Just in general, Dowdle was quietly a top-20 RB last season, he's a solid #2.Get Rico. Tucker is a backup for a week or two at bestWas going to drop S. Tucker for Rico, but apparently Irving still not practicing.Picking up Rico just in case
Underdog NFL
Chuba Hubbard (calf) considered week-to-week; team doesn't plan to place him on IR, per @josephperson.
Benson’s injury was “not serious” and he was “day-to-day”Underdog NFL

That is the exact decision I am going to have to make. I would lean toward Dowdle, but it is tough with so much unknown.Dowdle a better start (assuming Chuba doesn't play) this week over someone like Carter (juicy matchup vs Titans but unknown workload)?
Dowdle. We know he will get the ball. Who the hell knows what the Patriots will do with their RBs in any given week.Dowdle or Stevenson?

Dave Canales says RB Chuba Hubbard (quad) is chomping at the bit to play this week. So how do you balance that with having his replacement, Rico Dowdle, being named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week if both are ready?
"Champing at the bit" describes a state of impatience, restlessness, and eager anticipation to start something, often due to being delayed. The phrase originates from the literal image of a horse nervously and impatiently chewing on the bit in its mouth, waiting for a race or ride to begin. While "chomping" at the bit is a widely used variation, particularly in American English, "champing" is considered the original and more precise form.David Newton

He was out on the field running around and doing individual drills under the eye of a trainer. No pads or helmet, not enough to qualify as limited. Not practicing.
