Probably 40% of those leagues are free ones where someone has set their line up week 1 then forgotten it and is still rolling out JK Dobbins. Meaningless statistic unless restricted to money leagues

He was not on injured reserve twice but I don't want to get in your way here

He was nicked up in preseason and missed week 1. I'm guessing that's what he's referring to.

That's true, he was banged around in preseason BUT he was not listed with any injuries, ad it was hard to get a straight answer.

-From a Miami Phinsfan perspective, we don't see rookies usually take the field and start Day 1, there's exceptions but we haven't seen of late so nobody raised an eyebrow that he was absent Week 1, in fact there was very little expected from Achane by the fan base here. Some of us that are more involved in FF, kinda knew this kid had the potential mixed with Coach MM fanboy love of him and you have the recipe for what we saw over about 3 weeks/3 games.

It also helps to have 2 blazing fast Wide Receivers taking up all the DBs awareness and coverage skills while Achane is flying into the 2nd level with nobody around to stop him.
Enjoy today, obviously I hope he goes off, I have him on one league but it's shameful the talent I have stacked in front of him, even with JT and Kamara on Bye weeks I'm having to flip a coin between him and Monty for the RB2/Flex spots.

@Todem usually has the best takes on Miami, he's spot on with his earlier post and how Achane will be used.
I don't think many of us thought he was going on IR to begin with, you add in a Bye week with 4 other weeks he was off, he's gonna be shot out of a cannon today if things go right.
Gibbs is special, Achance has some of that same pop and ceiling in his game, not the same RB but the electricity we all feed on when he is running and breaks into the 2nd level, similar vibe

Sorry, did not mean to offend. Sucks...I have him and just frustrated.
 
I'm assuming he meant dynasty (since CMC/Mitchell for Achane would be nuts in redraft). I also assume that means you didn't make the trade for the points he would put up this week, or even this year.

So on my dynasty league…..I traded a 2024 1st and Kenny Picket for Cmac.

Making a run at it this year and next hopefully.

I was in rebuild mode for two seasons drafting:

Olave
London
JSN
La Porta
Stroud
Pierce

Picked up Kyren Williams (hope he comes back and he should).

Find myself the 6th seed right now and said **** it….made that offer to the team with Cmac who is in rebuild mode and landed him.

My other dynasty team also in rebuild mode….we drafted Bijan and Achane.
 
This may kill one of my teams. I have JT and Achane, after that it is a group of failures- Pierce, Sanders, and Gibson

As I think you know I used to be a Panthers fan. My 2nd favorite team to the Vikings.

That changed when they drafted Johnathan Stewart though.

Hard to keep the faith when they make decisions like this.

eta - I lived through the Hershel Walker deal so I am somewhat inoculated now to their poor decisions.

The Vikings are perhaps the biggest tease of a team ever. They do some good things to build up the fans hopes to a peak where they can crush our spirits again all the time.

Josh Dobbs and the winning streak is the current version of that.
