Oh my. That last minute 50 yard td may have saved my 2024 season bacon.
17 for 121 rushing with that td and another 6 recs for 70.....what a stud.![]()

Top 10 for sure. There are some great ones playing right now, it's fun watching the NFL get back to its roots. Saquon, Bijan, JT, Kyren, Achane, The King, Gibbs, Jacobs, Cook, Hall and more. Not necessarily in that order. He's a stud. Top tier fantasy RB.
Until I saw the number, I assumed it was Tyreek. That catch he had over the middle in coverage was perhaps the most impressive thing I've seen this kid do. Superstar!!!
/bumpWhy? He hasn't had an real competition for touches on the team. He's getting 6 targets on avg per game (removed his one game he left early). He's scored 10TDs already this year.Top 10 RB and I’m scared to start him.
Start the man. He's good.
Not singling anyone out here but people often get WAY too cute and overthink things to the max in fantasy. Achane is RB6 in 0.5 PPR before tonight's game. In what world are people sitting him?/bumpWhy? He hasn't had an real competition for touches on the team. He's getting 6 targets on avg per game (removed his one game he left early). Yes I quoted myself - been saying it all year.
Boggles my mind but some in this thread didn't want to start him. Similar. I thought it was Malik. Achane’s ability as a receiver, out of the slot, is something I didn’t see coming.Until I saw the number, I assumed it was Tyreek. That catch he had over the middle in coverage was perhaps the most impressive thing I've seen this kid do. Superstar!!!
I’m not worried about the straight ahead hits or amount of touches, he’s proven himself to be very durable. I’ve mentioned this before, but what I worry about is how he gets tackled due to his speed and elusiveness. There are multiple times per game where he’s getting tackled from behind and has big guys landing on his legs. Every single time I cringe, and worry he’s going to injure an ankle, knee or hip. When he gets up and stays in the game, I breathe a sigh of relief. It’s better to just watch his highlights. He's a stud but I can't help but think the Dolphins are going to kill him with his usage.
I’ll eat the crow, but in my defense I was choosing 2 of Achane, Mixon, Cook, and Aaron Jones every week. All guys in the same tier. Unfortunately Achane’s big week came one week too late for me.Boggles my mind but some in this thread didn't want to start him. Yeah, I’ll accept the risk here. Dude is among the best backs in the league.Boggles my mind but some in this thread didn't want to start him. Hill clearly isn't 100%, and the Dolphins probably have underused him when he was this year. That said, Achane is a top-3 RB in my opinion.Achane was Miami's #1 RB and #1 receiving options some weeks. He was the best player on an O that features Tyreek Hill.
I think Achane is one of the best fantasy players period, regardless of position.
I had to choose between achane and JT to pair with Gibbs in one league. I figured JT would be running with a vengeance after the embarrassment of the previous game. I agonized over the decision but it didn’t matter who I played they both blew upNot singling anyone out here but people often get WAY too cute and overthink things to the max in fantasy. Maybe next year. He's a stud but I can't help but think the Dolphins are going to kill him with his usage.
That's probably pushing it in my eyes. The Browns are playing for draft position. Huntley was learning the playbook on the fly earlier in the year, he's been on the team 3 months now. Achane is no longer a top-5 RB without Tua, but he's still a top-15 guy in my eyes. With Tua out, starting him becomes a real question. He didn’t even hit double digit points without him. May flex in Thielen or Guerendo instead.
The players on the Cleveland defense aren’t playing for draft position. They are playing for jobs next year. The coaches aren’t calling less blitzes or advising guys not to tackle. We saw how inept the Miami offense was without Tua. Now add Waddle and Hill possibly to that as well. McDaniels has no vision or creativity. That's probably pushing it in my eyes. Someone forgot to tell the Browns players they are playing for draft position. Similar thing happened to the Giants. That is never a thing, unless they bench Garrett. That's probably pushing it in my eyes. The Browns are playing for draft position. Not great they are giving Jeff Wilson snaps.Gonna need more screens to Achane in the second half.
Sitting down and scratching his ball sack.Where the heck is he?
In a do or die game, and they are sitting arguably their best playe? Wtf.Sitting down and scratching his ball sack.Where the heck is he?
Well, the trend holds. Not even close to a #2 rb with Tua out.

I wouldn't say that...they aren't even playing him

FF can really suck man.I'm so pissed.

For sure...but that's not a tua thing...something else is going on.

I don’t think the points are the issue - a lot of guys flopped. It’s the fact that he was barely on the field in the second half to even have a chance at a decent fantasy dayI mean he didn’t score over nine points in a game with Huntley at the helm this year. Not sure what the expectations were…
Got it, that doesn’t make a lot of sense. I kept him on the bench because of previous production with Huntley, but I can see the issue with the usage.I don’t think the points are the issue - a lot of guys flopped. Without Tua the offensive really struggles. Can't trust anyone.I mean he didn’t score over nine points in a game with Huntley at the helm this year. Not sure what the expectations were…
