I'm benching him for Corey Grant.
Saban didn't think so.I think better days are ahead for sure. And I would take drake over Henry still. He’s a superior talent to Henry. There’s no way he is this bad all year.
I'm not sure anymore. Feels like ancient history. This now appears to be a reoccurring theme with MIA RBs. Next thing he gets deactivated and then traded to somebody like MIN?I mean the back half of 2017 did happen right? Ugh..
Agreed, but starting to feel like Ajayi all over again. He’s going to go bananas at some point. The talent is there.
If they don't trust him now, they still won't if Gore quits. I just don't understand why they don't give him a full workload and f if he bombs, then go with Gore. He's just not getting that shot.I'm in a Dynasty Contract league and I just got him this morning for a 4th rounder. His owner wanted to clear contract space and I had plenty to spare. Steal. I'm not valuing him this year. I'm valuing him on Gore's retirement.
I'll buy him that low all day.
Yup. Unfortunately it will likely be on the bench for 90% of owners.Otis said:He’s going to go bananas at some point. The talent is there.
Just came here to say the same thing. Super frustrating.Gore is being used as the lead back.
Insanity.
I don't think that's wise to assume right now.BOOM. TD Reception.
More Drake as the game goes on.
Kenyan Drake rushed six times for 46 yards and caught 7-of-11 targets for 69 yards and a touchdown in Miami's Week 5 loss to the Bengals.
Drake was the only thing working in Miami's offense. He led the Dolphins in receiving in a game Ryan Tannehill threw for 185 yards. Drake didn't do much on the ground -- he was gifted a 25-yard run against prevent defense on the final play -- but it's a solid rebound after getting only four touches last week. Drake will be an RB3/FLEX in Week 6 against Chicago.

he's got to go, i think. there are really no excuses for how disappointing his tenure has been.Been on the field a lot in the second half.......having a good week.
But Gase is a disaster of a head coach in general. Just a horrific strategist and play caller. Can’t stand him anymore.
And the OL is officially an abortion again. Losing Kilgore and Sitton.....huge. And Tunsil limped off the field today. It is all falling apart.
.Perfectly said.LawFitz said:Roster poison. Start him and he gets 3. Bench him and he gets 23. Can't cut, can't start, can't trade. I'll do everything I can to try to ship this wreck next week.
Lamar Miller when at Miami 2.0.EBF said:Bit melodramatic IMO. He's good. They just don't utilize him enough. It's strange because the rest of their offense is.
Today he had two 20+ yard plays on 13 touches. Most coaches would value that.
Gase is apparently eager to be unemployed though. Drake owners just have to hope he wakes up and gives him a little more work.
Welcome to the world of a Crowell owner.LawFitz said:Roster poison. Start him and he gets 3. Bench him and he gets 23. Can't cut, can't start, can't trade. I'll do everything I can to try to ship this wreck next week.
Well at least we have an explanation. Hopefully Drake can learn on the job to prove better decisions with his opportunities this season. Hopefully. Why Adam Gase hates Kenyan Drake owners.
“That’s the biggest thing,” coach Adam Gase said Thursday. “Frank does a really good job of, ‘We’re second-and-five, third-and-two.’ Or it’s we’re first down, second down, first down. Kenyan is coming along in that area, it’s just that he does give you that element of first-and-10, you get a 60-yard touchdown, where it’s a game changing play.”
So think of Drake as a home run hitter. Who also might strikes out a lot.
Think of Gore as a hitter with less power who will deliver for average.
“[Drake] did a really good job last week, I thought, of helping us stay on track,” Gase said. “There were a couple of times he tried to bounce it or do something that wasn’t designed for the play and we got zero yards or minus 1. But he did a good job of cutting [the number of] those back last week to where there was a lot of positive coming out of his touches at running back.”
He has a great teacher in Gore so hopefully this year he shows improvement and his usage trends upwards.Well at least we have an explanation. Hopefully Drake can learn on the job to prove better decisions with his opportunities this season. Hopefully.
Hopefully Drake is a student of the game.Very similar situation to Gore and Mack last season.
What happened to the Colt's coach last year?cloppbeast said:Very similar situation to Gore and Mack last season.
I would go Coutee for sure. Maybe Drake catches some passes but I can't see that offense moving more than about an inch and a half today.I am debating between Drake and Coutee in PPR. The Tannehill news makes me lean Coutee.

It's tough to catch dump-offs thrown 8 feet over your head. With Tannehill out, is the Bears defense just going to suffocate the Dolphins or could Drake catch a bunch of dump-offs? Who are people starting Drake over today? I'm debating between Drake for upside and Funchess for safer floor.
