I have him in flex over Allen. I know Allen is going to score but the volume w Dowdle plus scoring chances should be strongAmazed at the lack of chatter on Dowdle. I have him playing over White this week
Underdog NFL
Rico Dowdle so far:
11 attempts
126 rushing yards
2-24-0 receiving
He was very good in Dallas last year.I'm getting killed by Rico. Never thought it would happen.
Rico Dowdle rushed 23 times for 206 yards (!) and a touchdown in the Panthers’ Week 5 win over the Dolphins, adding three catches for 28 yards.
To say this was the surprise performance of the week would be an understatement. Dowdle had been playing a backup role through the first month of the season entering Week 5. With Chuba Hubbard sidelined, the former Cowboys drew his first start of the year and did not disappoint. Carolina’s line opened massive holes for Dowdle and he consistently gashed Miami for long gains, including eight rushes of 10 or more yards and two for more than 40. He even missed out on a few yards late in the game while dealing with cramps. Dowdle was a capable starter for the Cowboys last year and looked like an elite runner in his first game. He will still take a backseat to Hubbard when he returns, but the Pathers can give him as much time as he needs to get healthy. They’re in good hands with Dowdle leading the way. Dowdle will sit in the RB2 ranks for his Week 6 date with the Cowboys if Hubbard remains out.

You chose wisely. I picked him up off waivers last night and started him in my FLEX.Amazed at the lack of chatter on Dowdle. I have him playing over White this week

Why couldn't he do this when he was on my team 2 weeks ago?why couldn't he do this when I had him on my FF team when he was with Dallas?![]()
He only plays the DolphinsWhy couldn't he do this when he was on my team 2 weeks ago?why couldn't he do this when I had him on my FF team when he was with Dallas?![]()
Because the great Chuba Hubbard was ****blocking us.....just as he's going to do again whenever he returns in another week or 2.Why couldn't he do this when he was on my team 2 weeks ago?why couldn't he do this when I had him on my FF team when he was with Dallas?![]()
4 out of his last 6 games with Dallas were over 100 yards in his 1000 yard season. He was missing TDs, but he absolutely flashed higher end running abilitywhy couldn't he do this when I had him on my FF team when he was with Dallas?![]()
Nooooo, kiss of death.
Expect a role that is more 1b than 2.Saved my week. If Chuba is out next week, gonna ride again. Unfortunately, I don't think he has stand alone value on this offense as the RB2 behind Chuba in a time share.
Sure, but still don't think the offense is dynamic enough for me to start him in that role. And that means rolling out Chase Brown, instead.Expect a role that is more 1b than 2.Saved my week. That’s fair though as someone who has some Chase Brown on teams he’s testing my theory that volume rules for RB’s.Sure, but still don't think the offense is dynamic enough for me to start him in that role. Brooks will be lucky to ever run and cut againJust turns into a messy irritating time share now.
Till J Brooks heals up and takes over next year of course.
Nah. He needs to talk smack now — because he might not ever be able to again. 234 yards, he’s a fantasy legend forever!!!!Nooooo, kiss of death.
Contain the ego, kid, please.
This is assuming Chuba isn't back by then anyway...
Yes mate, I was not being serious.Brooks will be lucky to ever run and cut againJust turns into a messy irritating time share now.

My bad. It’s early. My sarcasm detector is still on vacation.Yes mate, I was not being serious.Brooks will be lucky to ever run and cut againJust turns into a messy irritating time share now.

I may add him, but Bloom is saying dump 50-100% of your budget on him. OK.How does a RB that had a 200+yd rushing game just slide thru waivers?
I did not wait for an answer, just picked him up and made him the new guy at the end of the bench
You always keep overturning the bottom of your rosters until you find something that sticks
Won by 5 points to stay undefeated. Thomas with 12 PPR & Little with 9 including the 50+ FG made it tight.Had him in my flex only to switch before game time for Walker III. What a huge mistake! Would have made life easier tonight.
Now I need Little to boom some of those 50+ yard FG's and my opponents WR Thomas to get his 9 point average so far this season.
You reading somewhere that Hubbard is out?Sounds like it's Rico's rock again this weekend!
Yeah, he's not practicing again today apparently which is not a good sign. You reading somewhere that Hubbard is out?Sounds like it's Rico's rock again this weekend!
Officially ruled out now.Yeah, he's not practicing again today apparently which is not a good sign. You reading somewhere that Hubbard is out?Sounds like it's Rico's rock again this weekend!
Worst run defense in the league. No Chuba playing. Rico just ran for 200 yards and it's revenge. The real question is who could possibly sit him?Officially ruled out now.Yeah, he's not practicing again today apparently which is not a good sign. You reading somewhere that Hubbard is out?Sounds like it's Rico's rock again this weekend!
Who is starting Rico this weekend?
Starting him in Shark Pool League UNO for sure and, probably starting him over Rhamondre in my home league.Officially ruled out now.Yeah, he's not practicing again today apparently which is not a good sign. You reading somewhere that Hubbard is out?Sounds like it's Rico's rock again this weekend!
