We won't likely have more information until before the game, but they were both upgraded to probably and Tatum took the majority of snaps yesterday, so he may be starting - my guess is they both play

This is all I could verify as well.

Starting RB Tatum Bell (turf toes-questionable) practiced Tuesday and could be upgraded on Wednesday. We'll get a better idea if he'll be available for Thursday's game after Wednesday's brief workout but it's looking more likely that he'll play this week as he took in most of the first-team reps in practice. The coaches want to review the practice tape before making a decision. Rookie RB Mike Bell (thigh-questionable) practiced Tuesday and could be upgraded on Wednesday and as of now, is expected to play. Backup RB Cedric Cobbs (ankle-probable) practiced again Tuesday and should be available but backup RB Damien Nash has surpassed him on the depth chart.
 
This thread should be pinned. Hopefully, we'll get some info closer to kickoff. They could deactivate someone which would give some insight.

From the Plummer/Cutler thread, it sounds like D. Nash could be in the mix too (to get PT, not to start).

(Please note, the following just my opinion based on what I've read): it sounds like Tatum gets the start. With his toes he could have a short hook if he's not doing what they think he's capable of. If Tater gets pulled, it sounds like the coaches are still intrigued with what Nash brings to the table, but I'm guessing they would still give M. Bell carries as well (most likely including goalline). In summary, it's a total cluster****. At this point if I needed a safe pick just to get some points, I might go with M. Bell, just because he's been getting the goalline and he was upgraded to probable.

 
I agree that this is a mess. I'm a Tatum owner and I'm sitting him. My other options are DeAngelo Williams, Anthony Thomas, & Mark Clayton (flex position). This is just tooooooooo risky. It makes no sense risking a big goose egg on someone who, even if he does play, isn't guaranteed to get all the carries.

 
Will we see Denver's inactive list before the kickoff of the Dallas game? I'm trying to decide between Mike Bell and Marion Barber. Clearly Bell has the higher ceiling, I just don't know how much (or even if) he plays.

I'm starting Barber and M. Bell. Dude, it's all about TDs. Those guys have the best shot at getting in the end zone. Tatum Bell is starting to be like Julius Jones: Shanny jams in Mike Bell around the goal line.For what it's worth, I have Julius Jones AND Marion Barber, plus Tatum Bell AND Mike Bell. Oh, and Edge. Ugh.

This seriously makes me sick. I have Mike in two leagues and Tatum in a third. Do I start them all? Do I start none of them? Hopefully things become clearer but with Denver I doubt it.

Any updates? Anyone know who's starting? My only other option is Anthony Thomas and that isn't really doing it for me.

I don't know. Given the mix from last week, I am going to roll the dice with MBell. The injury was just to his thigh and I don't think it was all that serious. I do need to win this week to win my division and have other options (Bush and Maroney). I'm going to keep an eye on the NFL Network as we get closer to kickoff. Maybe they will shed some light on who is starting.

i'm going with Mike Bell as well. Should see at least 50% + GL carries.
 
I have so many injuries at RB (Including Tatum), I am forced to go with Nash. :bag:

The good news is, I am battling for the division title with a guy who is playing AGAINST Mike Bell today, so either way I win if a Denver RB has a big night. Now, of course, K.C. will get out to a 42-0 lead in the 1st Q.

OK, just benched Tater Tot (at least we have time to react with other options this week).Any creedance to spork's thought ... Mike had 20 carries Sunday night vs. Nash's 10. Anyone think Nash is the better play, or can a person take that kind of repeated pounding 4 days later?I'm asking cuz I want to pick up Nash if he's the better option of my other CRAPPY #2 RBs.

Anyone else listening to the radio broadcast? Did Mike Shanahan just say he will rotate Tatum-Mike-Damian regularly and that they will evalute Tatum's situation until game time or did I just get all that wrong? How can that be true if Tatum is out?

 
It was up at KFFL, but not now. Waiting for the Broncos to change it with "oops, we meant Mike Bell is inactive, not Tatum. You could see why there is confusion right?"
