RB/WR Ty Montgomery, NE (1 Viewer)

I would think having a plan B is important here...it's a 4:00 game so you need to have another option...don't need a little blood in his pre-game piss costing you a game...

We've seen him in action one time. He missed last week due to a kidney problems. I wouldn't be surprised if hes eased in.   Let's not get carried away here

Are those current rankings or from earlier in the week when Montgomery was iffy?
I have no idea when all of the "experts" submit their rankings.  I just refreshed it and it's now 31-28 for AR so one went over to Ty's side.  It's essentially a coin toss but as someone pointed out above, Ty plays in the late afternoon game so might want to have a backup plan in case he has a health setback or something.  I unfortunately do not have anyone else I can sub in late.

I own both. Starting tymo and don't think it's close

125 total yards, 8 recs, 10 carries 1 td vs a soft d.  :excited:

Ty .... rell Williams waiting in relief in case Ty can't play.

I have Hyde injured and Howard on bye.

Seriously yahoo why can't you give him rb eligibility?

He is playing the damn position!  :wall: :wall:

I think his floor in ppr is like 17 points (50 yards rushing, 6 receptions, 60 yards receiving)

I said earlier his floor is 15 in PPR but I was being very conservative. I was thinking 50 yards rushing, 5 for 50 receiving. I do think he has a very good chance of scoring though so his ceiling is much higher. His last 2 healthy games he scored 19.4 and 22.6 in PPR and that's without a score.

In Brown's 11 games vs Baltimore he has 1 TD and I dont know if he has ever gone over 60 yards... It would be hard to bench Brown, but its based on sound logic.
Except THIS Baltimore team is currently 3rd worst in points given to WR's.  ~ 2 TDs a game on avg.

Montgomery and the Packers play the INDIANAPOLIS Colts this week, not the Baltimore Colts.
 My response was about AB playing Ravens.

By the way, no way I'd start Montgomery vs. Baltimore Colts. I know, I've been to a few Bmore Colts games.

I'm seriously considering benching Gurley for Montgomery at flex.  Tell me I'm nuts
I own Ty and not Gurley, but I wouldn't start Ty over him.  Do we have any assurances that Ty is playing this week, or  what his role will be?  Could he be limited due his his kidney issue?  I know Gurley hasn't lit the world on fire, but we've seen his upside and his role is as solid as rock. Ty just seems too much of a question mark to me to start over Gurley this week.

I own both and I agree.

Gurleys last 5 in my ppr - 21, 13, 19, 15, 13.

He's not lived up to my expectations, but hasn't been awful. I'm not benching him for Ty , I could but Im playing both .

If Gurley puts up a clunker today so be it

Only hope is that they are down 14 so they will need to get more creative on offense and hopefully use Ty more in second half.
