Reggie Bush to donate 25% of jersey sales (1 Viewer)

Now we can concentrate on arguing if he MEANT to in the beginning....
ESPN article
(Bush's marketing agent Mike) Ornstein originally said that Bush would donate 25 percent of all the royalties he received from jersey sales toward Hurricane Katrina charities if the league granted him the right to wear No. 5. But Ornstein told ESPN.com on Tuesday morning that Bush has now agreed to make the donation no matter what number he wears.
Again, not faulting him. But it happened. J

Bush has NO MONEY yet and no ability to provide any of these charitable items that he has promised until he signs a contract with the Saints.

I also find it interesting that he has hired all of this other "management assistance" without any ability to pay for them either ...

It really reeks of the same smell from San Diego ... "we'll pay you when our son makes it big".

Yes, I know that he should get a NFL contract sometime in the next year, but there is no guarantee that he plays this year or earns even a single penny from playing football in 2006.

The mini-camp injury also gives me a small eerie deja-vu feeling; could it be Charles Rogers or Kellen Winslow Jr. all over.

Almost forgot, I am not in favor of the NFL giving him is favorite #5!
