Not if you define a "GM" as the person having final say (assuming owner approval of course) with coaching and personnel decisions. Gibbs runs that show. He's both the head coach and the team president. Cerrato certainly is "involved", but exactly how is unclear. I think he probably acts more as an advisor to Snyder on personnel matters.Its not his offical title, but its the capacity he operates in, no?A Skins message board has the Skins making a trade where the Skins ###-#### the other team trading with them?Wow...thats a surprise.That trade doesnt begin to make sense, nor would their respective front offices even be looking at these types of trades at this point in the year.The Skins GM Vinny Cerrato might not even have a job after the season ends.(except for Cerrato being a "GM" - he's not; they don't have one)
