OK, I had to institute waivers in order to get the add/drops working. If you want to pick-up somebody now, you'll have to wait until waivers run on early Tuesday. If You'll lose your spot in the waiver order. Once the first waiver run happens, all available players should revert to being free agents.

Of course, I could be wrong.

All seems OK now. Available free agents are first-come, first served. Dropped players get placed on 2-day waivers for equal access.

Sorry about the confusion. CBS isn't set up well for dynasty leagues. I had to manually set 481 keepers and do a one round draft with dummy players in order to start the season for waivers purposes.
