Sorry, the waivers order got screwed up again. CBS was processing in order of current standings rather than the usual rotation.

I have no idea what the real waivers order was supposed to be so I reverted back to the reverse of final 2011 league standings and moved Hell Toupee to the bottom since he's the only person who's made a waivers transaction since the start of 2012 FCFS transactions.

Apologies if this caused anybody to get screwed out of Yadier Molina
