Severe weather outbreak expected tomorrow Chicago/Cinci Concern (1 Viewer)

Wow, this weather is crazy. Who should I start in PPR, Frank Gore or Eddie Lacy?
:lmao:
I didn't realize it was a requirement to be a tool and post snarky comments to be a long standing member of the Shark Pool. This entire thread is about severe and potentially dangerous weather this week and how it can possibly impact the fantasy world. This puts a lot of fantasy owners in a place to where they have to make a tough decision--and based on how many posts you guys have made--- I think it's safe to say that guys are probably fairly experienced fantasy owners. It's a shame that you choose to spend your time making snarky comments instead of possibly sharing some of your fantasy wisdom in a way that is remotely helpful. Believe it or not-- it's not a crime to help people. If you don't like some of the posts people make in this thread---here's an idea--just don't read them and only post positive comments on the ones you do care about.
So Gore or Lacy?

wtf crawled up ypur ###? The guy made a funny post and several off us laughed
I think it's obvious that most members of the Shark Pool take their fantasy teams relatively seriously-- which is exactly why we all signed up to be members of a fantasy football forum. To see an experienced member of the fantasy community "mocking" posts made by members of the same community about the exact topic the thread is about--is ridiculous. It would have taken him the same amount of time to post something that is remotely helpful to other members of the community--and it certainly would have been more helpful for you to have offered a molecule of advice instead of promoting "tool" behavior. Look at the number of posts you have made--you're obviously an experienced fantasy player who have a lot more to offer than a "laughing face emoticon". If he or you don't like the posts being made here-- either don't respond, or contact the moderators of the Shark Pool to move them to the Assistant Coach forum--if you are going to spend your time posting something---how about posting something that is helpful? The only reason I say this is because I've read posts made by both you and him in the past--and I know for a fact that you guys have strong fantasy minds.

I thought I saw a report that the storm should pass by 4

If that is true can someone tell me why the NFL doesn't postpone the game until later this afternoon?

The NFL is crazy to not at least delay the Bears game. There is a tornado on the ground in mid-Illinois and the band of thunderstorms is large. A tornado could happen anywhere along that band.

It would be nice if Dodd/bloom etc would chime in or provide some context ? Have they in the past ?
Well the Sunday morning email update for Insiders did alert me that bad weather is also expected in Indy, but that they could close the roof. Do they have robots writing these emails? Quality and timeliness sure seems worse than in past years.

maybe you should follow your own advice. Imagine how helpful all these words would have been on something more useful

Looked pretty wet in Pitt along with increasing winds. I'm changing out my kicker, more concerned about the wind than rain along with sloppy footing.

I did post on this thread earlier--and I was one of those people who had a tough decision to make because of the severe weather--and the comment that was mocked in the post that you laughed about--was mine. Believe it or not--I have mad respect for members of the fantasy community--I have mad respect for people like you and Ignoratio. I came to the Shark Pool because I wanted to become a better fantasy player and learn from people like you guys. If you go through my history of posts--I do try to be as helpful; as I can---but I'm not as experienced as you guys. All I'm saying is that guys like you are some of the main reasons why people like us join the Shark Pool. I'm not anti-humor--I'm a very fun loving person. I just find it in poor taste that when people come looking for advice from people we respect--people who are in the same fantasy community--and instead of getting that advice--we get mocked. In any case-- my bad if I ruffled feathers. Sometimes I read through these threads and it seems like they are getting more and more filled with snarky comments and it probably just got to me.

Because his intention is clearly not to be helpful...

LMFAO

Anybody watching the Jets/Bills game?

Looks like a normal game with no crazy weather

Folk just tried a 40 yarder and that thing just went all sorts of crazy in the air....started going sideways and stuff lol

Dodds was scrambling to update his Fanduel lineups with McCown.

So I guess if the game it cancelled we take a zero this week if you had any bears and raven?

The photos rolling in are insanity. These look like major tornados F-3 and up. Down here in FLorida w get them but usually they can barely form an F-1 and they dissipate quickly.

Stay safe anywhere in the path of these, just crazy looking.
Dont believe every photo you saw today:

http://deadspin.com/sign-of-man-having-sex-with-cow-features-in-cbs-chicago-1466253791

One of the photos shown by the Chicago CBS affiliate during the game was sent in by a viewer who lifted it from the Oklahoma tornadoes. Then, by the way, the viewer added a photo-shopped street sign of a man doing it with a cow.

...too funny...

I was giving blow by blow updates on twitter with adjustments to my rankings included. Also updating projections right up until game time.
