Gymnast ###, like skater butt and dancer tush, once developed last a lifetime. Not necessarily quite as fine as when active in their sport, but it never goes away. My wife was an all-American gymnast.
Today I learned Doctor Detroit is African American.Yeah, and she blew up just perfectly.
IMO her face doesn't look that different. The recent pics are from a different angle and she's wearing heavy makeup, but I don't see anything that looks like surgical differences.a few stills

I'm no expert, but she does look less attractive. It could just be the overdone makeup.

See....this is what this country needs to bring us together. That A$$ is nice-- however, I am guessing after the first kid, it becomes about 30 pounds bigger and keeps growing....
Look up some before and after pics of Brazilian Butt Lifts. They basically just take fat from unwanted parts of your body (waist, thighs, etc) and inject it in the butt. I can't confirm that is what McKayla has had done but I've seen a lot of Dr. Miami and Botched episodes.
