I actually think Fulton is a decent amount better than Henderson, he just isn't quite as athletic. He's a safer pick to me.1.17: Kristian Fulton CB LSU
Big need with Byron Jones leaving via FA, but C.J. Henderson is who I had targeted as an ideal pick.
In the real world, I'd look to make out in a trade-down, but Fulton is certainly worth the investment here.
I agree he's a safer pick. I really like Henderson's playmaking ability, but Fulton could be better.I actually think Fulton is a decent amount better than Henderson, he just isn't quite as athletic. He's a safer pick to me.
I don’t get that as Becton moves well and has speed.Thomas was very high on both Jedrick Wills and Andrew Thomas as "day one" starters for the Browns at tackle. He also felt, like some other folks, that it was reasonable to question whether Mehki Becton's overall build might not be best suited for the zone blocking scheme the Browns are gonna employ. A scheme that calls for the tackles to pull out wide well over a dozen times a game, if not more.
While I would love to make this pick I believe the Raiders are otc? With the 1.18 pick of the draft the Miami Dolphins select Jordan Love, QB, Utah State
Love can burn a year to sit and observe behind Fitzmagic while Wills develops into a franchise LT. The draft fell exactly how I expected.
1.5 Jedrick Wills OT
1.18 Jordan Love, QB
@Biabreakable otc
Your pick I believe.BTW the Raiders at #19 are open to trade offers
Filthy. Was really hoping an OT fell. Since one didn't, and we are going to go all in on Brady...
Tampa Bay selects: Henry Ruggs WR Alabama
Bruce Arians plays 3-WR sets roughly 70% of the time, almost 80% if you take out short yardage plays. Ruggs upgrades, possibly by a ton, over Perriman, and gives another big time RAC weapon. I think there is a misconception that Ruggs is a deep ball WR, he is that, but he's also a RAC guy too. He's not D-Jax, he's more Steve Smith.
Evans and Ruggs outside, Godwin in the slot, each guys wins in a different way, and at every level. Its almost impossible to stop in theory.
Just guessing, but I think that was pre-combine info that SF quoted.I don’t get that as Becton moves well and has speed.
My apologiesWhile I would love to make this pick I believe the Raiders are otc?
Huh?
Yes the 2nd list in the thread is the draft order. The first list is not.Huh?
YOU @Biabreakable were on deck at 1.20 MINNESOTA VIKINGS
then @ZWK was in the hole at 1.21 NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
Then @Hairy Snowman , me, at 1.22 NEW ORLEANS
Or am I missing something?
Not sure how they all fit together but Raiders signed Kwiatkowski and the top FA LB Littleton so this would completely revamp their entire LB group. With pick 1.19 the Raiders pick Kenneth Murray Oklahoma
Since Fulton and Jefferson are gone at CB I picked Murray. Swift linebacker with sideline-to-sideline range as a run-and-chase linebacker.
After Fulton and Jefferson went I tried trading down. No takers so it was between Murray and Xavier McKinney at safety. I could have gone either way.Not sure how they all fit together but Raiders signed Kwiatkowski and the top FA LB Littleton so this would completely revamp their entire LB group.
Read the thread- I already made that mistake so you wouldn’t have toHuh?

I'd like it, but I don't think the team feels the need to replace Reiff.Pick 1.22 The Minnesota Vikings select Josh Jones OT Houston.
I dont think they get rid of Reiff either.I'd like it, but I don't think the team feels the need to replace Reiff.
Vikings are in for a rough season.
Yes. We'll go until it sputters out.Are we going to do a 2nd round?
This has gone fairly well so far I think.
The Vikings would be willing to move down to the bottom of the 1st or early 2nd from this pick if someone makes me a good offer.
I would think they could move Reiff to Guard, and start Jones at Tackle.I dont think they get rid of Reiff either.
Jones can play guard year one. Moves to Tackle in his 2nd season when they do get rid of Reiff.
I could have gone corner I suppose, but I wanted to make BigJim happy.
I suppose that is another option.I would think they could move Reiff to Guard, and start Jones at Tackle.
Kinlaw was the pick if Ruggs was gone. Couldn't pass up the idea of adding Ruggs to Godwin/Evans though.Filthy.
If they don't re-sign Suh though I would expect Kinlaw here.
Plus they could always trade Mike Evans for a past their prime RB with a bloated contract like Leveon Bell.Kinlaw was the pick if Ruggs was gone. Couldn't pass up the idea of adding Ruggs to Godwin/Evans though.
Also there are still some really good FA DL left. In addition to Suh, Snacks is still out there, as is Shelby Harris, or Dontari Poe. With Barrett, JPP, and Vea, I'm not sure they need a major investment there. Kinlaw is special though, which I why traded up for him with Seattle.
Is that an offer to the Jets?Plus they could always trade Mike Evans for a past their prime RB with a bloated contract like Leveon Bell.
Depends, is Bill O’Brien running Tampa now?Is that an offer to the Jets?
This is why free agency is so much fun to me. All these guys are getting huge contracts they'll never live up to and then they're back on the market in two years. It's hilarious.Plus they could always trade Mike Evans for a past their prime RB with a bloated contract like Leveon Bell.
Gone. Also the Lions are shopping Darius Slay if any team wants to send an offer for a top notch CB.
For now.Interesting. Putting eggs into the "get to the QB before our JV backfield is exposed" basket?
Outside of Eagan, I think that's obvious. For now.
I maybe should have taken Jefferson with the 22 pick.
I think the Vikings are rebuilding so I want to focus on trenches.
I actually thought about making an offer for Bell. It was the 14 for Bell and the 11. But I figured that was probably a little too much roster moving for a mock.Ilov80s said:Plus they could always trade Mike Evans for a past their prime RB with a bloated contract like Leveon Bell.
Would the Jets do that? He has a monster cap hit. Just taking on that contract from them is probably worth a second round pick.I actually thought about making an offer for Bell. It was the 14 for Bell and the 11. But I figured that was probably a little too much roster moving for a mock.
No, they would not. They can get out of his contract after this season and they have not even come close to using the cap space they have available to them for this season. They have been working on improving the o-line and will do so via draft as well. They do need some weapons on offense so he'll get another chance this season hopefully with a better line and a healthy Darnold all year instead of a third string QB.Would the Jets do that? He has a monster cap hit. Just taking on that contract from them is probably worth a second round pick.
