Should Norv Turner be fired?

They had the #1 offense and the #1 defense in the league coming into this week, I don't think McNeil or Jackson would have altered that very much.
They had the #1 yardage offense and the #1 yardage defense coming into this week. They had the #7 scoring offense and the #17 scoring defense. They were also #28 in turnovers.
While this is all true, I wanted to point out that they had 44 points scored against them when not on defense, and that does not include the defense having to come on after turnovers that set up the opposing offense in their red zone. The point being that the Chargers defense has actually played quite a bit better than that #17 ranking in points allowed.

If you eliminate the 30 points given up by special teams (I don't forgive the TDs given up by the offense in this case) they are the #5 scoring defense.
