Simple Fix to the Play Clock Lapse (1 Viewer)

The excuse for some snaps getting off after the play clock expires is that the official must see the clock hit zero, then verify the ball has not been snapped. This creates an extra second for some plays to get off when they should be flagged.

Why Not..........................

1) Have a buzzer go off when the clock hits zero?? The official just watches for the snap, and if he hears the horn before the snap, flag comes out.

2) Use technology - have a pocket buzzer or some such device that vibrates when the PC hits zero, sllowing the official to just watch for the snap

Or there are other options - but with modern tech available, it is absurd that this situation is even occurring.
