So where does Claussen land?

I changed the Indy pick to read "to a team not listed"not even Philly as an option? let a notre dame fan dream
Why? If there's anybody who can hit CJ Spiller in the flat in a key third-and-long situation, it's Trent Edwards. The Bills need help. I don't know if Clauson is the answer, but I'm not looking forward to another season with Edwards and Fitzpatrick.
For the rest of the non-Irish Eagles fan base, this would be a nightmare.not even Philly as an option? let a notre dame fan dream
That's what I'm thinking. Sounds like Buffalo and Cleveland are making a push to move up to #33, and I thought I heard something during lunch where someone quoted Devaney saying that he'd be surprised if they still have the pick at 6:00pm EDT tonight???think he'll go at 33 with a trade.if STL doesn't get anything they love, then they'll take an OL or WR, and Clausen will go at 34 in a trade.
I bet Buffalo trades to 33 or 34 and takes McCoy and Cleveland passes on Claussen. Mostly a hunch, but if KC doesn't take him and Buffalo goes McCoy, this could get ugly. Maybe Carolina or Seattle could save him by trading up.I'd bet that McCoy lands with Cleveland, so I would think his two best options would be Kansas City (to reunite with Weis) or Minnesota. As a fan, I'd hate to see him land in Oakland.
im an eagles fan and think it would be a very wise investmentFor the rest of the non-Irish Eagles fan base, this would be a nightmare.not even Philly as an option? let a notre dame fan dream
I'd be very willing to make a sig bet that you're wrong about Clausen and that he's gone within the first 10 picks of the round.I think Clausen falls to the middle-to-late 2nd round. There aren't terribly many teams interested in a QB at this point, but there are many trying to get in on the trench talent that's available, including Buffalo.
Why on earth would I want to make a sig bet? If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I like Clausen and think he'll be successful. I just don't think the interest level is there.I'd be very willing to make a sig bet that you're wrong about Clausen and that he's gone within the first 10 picks of the round.I think Clausen falls to the middle-to-late 2nd round. Probably to get at least one of the 11 guys out of "the box"Why? If there's anybody who can hit CJ Spiller in the flat in a key third-and-long situation, it's Trent Edwards. The Bills need help. Yea I agree he will be gone very early. I feel like the only reason he wasn't drafted late in the 1st is because no one expected him to be there and there wasn't enough time for team to wrap their brains around a completely revised draft strategy. Now that they have had nearly 20 hours to plan for Clausen being avaialble in the 2nd, he will get gone quickly.I'd be very willing to make a sig bet that you're wrong about Clausen and that he's gone within the first 10 picks of the round.I think Clausen falls to the middle-to-late 2nd round. I'd say #16 is more "middle-to-late" than "within the first 10" or "very early".Yea I agree he will be gone very early. I'll go with the dark horse Carolina pick.
Next year's coach Bill Cowher called Hurney and told him to take Calusen.(I made that up)Unbelievably stupid pick by the Cats. This pick does not address any immediate need. So disappointed in this.
