If West wasn't hurt, I doubt we would be hearing much about Charles. The Chiefs have a bye next week, so they probably wanted to rest Charles through then. Since West is down, Charles is elevated up the depth chart. I would be very surprised if we see much of Charles this week.

KC didn't want to play JC unless they had to like they "may" have to do this week due to the injury to West. KC would have rested JC another week or two if West and Ware had remained healthy.

Not that I think it will happen, just throwing out the date if the Chiefs put Charles out there as an option. Gives them and other teams weeks 6-8 to see what he has left.

Started Spencer week one over CJ Anderson due to the Carolina D. Both players went off. Fortunately, Spence outperformed for me by one fantasy point. I am going bold again and starting Spencer over CJ Anderson. Hopefully, it will payoff again. Just a gut feeling that Anderson's ribs are holding him back and Jamal will be a non-factor for Spence.

yeah...holding him as he is still a quality cuff to an older RB coming off of a major injury.
