Master Shake timed out and is now on a 4 hr clock. I sent a pm to Ruds notifying him that he is up.

Nice... I think it's been rare to get Brady at this spot..... .either way, I have a top QB or I just put a huge Jinx on #### Face Brady.

I'll take the later.
:lmao: shame on you for taking your arch nemesis

3.06 Victor Cruz

I struggled a bit with this pick. A few RBs left that I really considered but RB RB RB is rarely a winning formula so I grabbed my first WR. I thought Hernandez was going to fall, boy that would have been nice.

I agree Valence, and think Hernandez is the TE to have this year if he is ready to go game 1. I had hoped his injury would allow him to drop, but that was wishful thinking. Cruz is a fine WR1 and by 4.11, you would be challenged to find a safe WR1 pick.

Liking blue's start. Would like it more with Charles over Martin but that's just a minor personal preference.

Along as the Giants figure out how to sign him anyway

Bass, we all love Brees and Newton, but 2 Qb's after 3 rounds really??????????? Did you change the starting requirements to a 2 QB league? ;) I have to think this was an opps.

Bass must be following a new strategy for this season... now drafting Matty Ryan with Brees & Newton in the fold already!!

Screw the RBs and WRs!! Bass will laugh all the way to the championship once every other QB goes down with injury this season (along with everyone's RBs and WRs <_< )

Glad I got Kaep, but damn. If we could trade, this might make some sense.

I figured one QB would be taken by Rudy at this turn... he's gonna be hurtin'

Meh. Knew Brees in the first was a mistake. QBs had been sliding, but Newton/Ryan lasting to the 4th was crazy. I was targeting Matthews at 4.3 but got snaked there. I've been stuck in this spot in every draft this year and the only value here is QB. I'm comfortable with the WRs that will be available at the next turn.

Basically screwed myself in the first so I'll just have some fun from here on out and hope for a better draft slot in SSL4 next year.

love the move by Bass to try something different and shake things up....

1. advantage bump to the Brady, Rodgers, elite QB owners...this creates even more seperation from more teams

2. QB2 run could be a circus and pop off earlier as teams scramble to make sure they have a "safe combo"

QB - Brees, Newton, Ryan

RB - Ballard

WR - :tumbleweed:

TE - Gronk

Finally some value somewhere beside QB. Ballard should be a good anchor and allow me to swing wildly later.

Maybe I was watching too closely, but I didn't really see greatness in Ballard last season, have to look at his stats... little under 4 yards per carry, 211 attempts for the season, was it 17 receptions (closed the page), and less than a handful of tds. Not really RB1 material except for the lack of competition on the depth chart. He isn't real big, so not sure how well he blocks or gets yards after contact.

3 excellent QBs, but that kind of strategy is limited, and well, takes some of the "fun" out of it for whoever the team or teams without a starting QB2 end up being. Did read where Gronkowski is looking good, but also may be facing a fourth surgery. High risk, high reward there. You certainly have opened up a new strategy and given me a chance to re-evaluate draft selection.

Should have explosive QB stats weekly, and that may be enough. Interesting, kind of stuff that these early drafts are all about, thinking outside the box.

Thus far,

QB RGIII

RB CJ Spiller

WR Brandon Marshall

WR Pierre Garcon

TE Vernon Davis

I tend to shy away from QB-WR tandems, but well, didn't here. I would like to hear more about RGIII's recovery, but it sounds like it is on track. He is explosive and hopefully is following ADP's physical therapy program.

CJ Spiller, great PPR. Marshall and Garcon should be steady double digit performers with 20+ pt game upsides.

Vernon Davis, I worry a bit about the drop off with Kaepernick (sp?) and the arrival of Boldin, but how does a coach not take advantage of that kind of player?

Acceptable so far, pickings are getting slim in some positions, so hard to say how it is going to shake out in the end. Happy so far.

And I went QB2 in round 6 to avoid a potential drought later on.

Thankfully, my life is not ruined, LOL. Had another QB I was hoping to get in round 8, but I think there may be an earlier run on the certain starters.

Maybe I should grab both of my kickers next

You should go "5 Defense theory"

Meh, don't really like my team through 6 picks. Got caught on the tail end of the QB, but picked up one who I think will have a LOT of weapons this year in Andy Dalton. My RBs are young but have tons of opportunity. I think I have the 2 best PPR WRs in the league with AJ Green and Cobb (possible exception of Roddy+Megatron), but it is getting thin there as well. My TE is simply OK, but had a bunch of TDs last year.

QB: Andy Dalton

RB: David Wilson

RB: Eddie Lacy

WR: AJ Green

WR: Randall Cobb

TE: Kyle Rudolph

Definitely need some players to fall to me if I don't want to be out early this year.

Tomorrow is the last day in the the turkey woods for me and a much needed day off. I'll check in tonite late, tomorrow midday, and tomorrow evening, and then Thursday late morn. Will pre-draft when feasible.

It's interested to see the difference between your team - WRs early; and mine - waited on WR. Not sure which is better, just interesting to see the difference.QB: Colin Kaepernick, TannehillRB: Chris JohnsonRB: Alfred MorrisWR: Jeremy MaclinWR: Cecil ShortsTE: Tony Gonzalez Don't like my WRs, but I do like the rest. PDSL, I waited on QB while here I waited on WR. Not really intentionally, although Morris over Marshall was intentional. Might regret that choice but we'll see.Two upside guys at QB, could be huge but might not live up to my expectations. Tanny was the last QB I was really interested in.

I had the opportunity to switch a few players. This time I took AJ instead of Fitz and I took Bush instead of Mathews. I know I'm in the minority, but I think Mathews would've been a steal at 3.03 but I had to diversify my mock draft portfolio. With all the receptions the Detroit scrubs had (LeShoure+Bell), I think Bush will be PPR magic. If I'd gone WR in round one, I'd be more than happy to have Bush and Mathews in rounds 2 and 3.

With the exception of Decker in the fourth, this is a solid team. I like Cutler's chance at producing this year, Rice and Jackson will be PPR top two or three tandem, and Hernandez just needs to show he is ready to go week one. Not real excited about Bradford, but with the loss of Jackson, I think the Rams will have to depend on the passing game all the more.

Welker is the reason behind the lack of enthusiasm for Decker, by they way. Lots of receiving options in Denver now, Peyton was a great pickup and certainly could be the passing yardage leader this year. I can't imagine they would let go of McGahee, and trust Peyton's health to a rookie blocking in the backfield.

It will be interesting to see if Peyton's increase in production can support 3 WRs. I wonder if I could have gotten Decker at 6.13 instead of 4.13. How late will and should he be going?
