@Todem

I believe you recommended $WRE in the past.  Still like that as a long term hold?  From what I can see it looks like they’ve maintained their dividend.  This still an add in your mind?

Nikola: How to Parlay An Ocean of Lies Into a Partnership With the Largest Auto OEM in America

Glad he read some of my posts. I got an icky feeling from the NKLA CEO back a couple months ago when he was calling themselves the Amazon of EVs and that they should be worth $100B. I called it ironic since one think Bezos has said over and over is that he doesn’t care about the share price, i.e. concentrate on growing the company and that will happen. Been questioning them and the GM deal since it was announced.

I’d love to but I don’t think I’ll have a chance in hell. And then it’ll probably start trading well above its IPO price. This one seems pretty hot.
I put in my interest in that and multiple others. Didn’t get in on XPEV although at 15 days that might be flat from IPO price (not open price).

I think all you guys making investment decisions based on the election are making a mistake. Good article here:

Linky
I don't know anybody in this forum that stated they are doing such unequivocally.

Is your position that the election will have zero repercussions for the stock market?   I've seen it debated on both sides over the past few months.

I'm taking the firm position that I know nothing. 🧐 :bowtie:

One of my SPACs that I bought before any announcements is up 7% today but I can’t find any news, IPOB. I also own IPOC. Same group that did Virgin Galactic.

Is there a SPAC list out there?

Also, looks like EXC has swooned again.  Bought a bit more. 4.2% divvy at the moment.  Sold PPL and bought EXC and am slightly up on that switch, though both are down in that time.  In this zero interest world this is a pretty solid issue.

Not sure I buy the rationale for rotating out of tech. Tons of articles being written about how the pandemic has killed Black Friday for brick and mortar and now is the time to rotate out of tech? I think I'll ride this one out a bit.

I don’t think it will be rotation. Tech’s a wide range but the revenue and earnings of say cloud companies are great so it’s not like their stocks are going up even if revenue has halved. I do think that as a whole they ran up a bit far a bit fast so it’s not surprising to see a dip or lengthy sideways action. I mean this market is all about instant gratification. I remember pretty boring years in the market. That’s not 2020.

Crazy day. Was way up on the market and ende just behind. Amazon moves me up and down so much as my biggest holding and it had a 5% range today.

Yea I was up huge at one point today but ended up just barely green after tech faded again. Only green at all because draft kings had a big day.

####### Oil is kicking my ###.  On the plus side, what I losing on the stocks I'm gaining back at the pump.
Same. I just keep buying more VDE in my wife's Roth lol. I like the dividends obv but think there is some solid from for growth in that ETF too.

NRGU is kicking my ### right now.  Almost bought down today but decided to wait til tomorrow.

My truck is loving the premium though.

Sold all my DPHC @ $23.75.  Still like the possibilities with this one, but gotta take these gains.  Will look to buy on a dip (under $20?) and do it all again.

Damn, it's dropped $1 already
This one is nuts.  That's how it started the past 3 days now.  Up big, drop, rebound, then trickle slowly down the rest of the day.  There's been other days in the past few weeks it's been like this too and had some big daily swings.  I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it to buy back in.

Institutional holdings has been going up too.  60%ish now.  Could be a cause maybe for the big morning rises???

DHT up nice to start the day
Thanks for the heads up.  I only sold 20% of my position at $5.80.  Probably would have be smart to sell more and buy back cheaper, I just don't want to not have a position in this one.

 input a $24 limit sale not expecting it to hit. Just saw that it hit.

And now it's like $24.75

Did a lot of selling this week of higher risk stocks.  Up to 40% cash now.  Large part of that came from CYDY (I know, wrong thread), but kind of feels nice to have a smaller position there.

And no contribution violations this week!  :pickle:

and then got above $25.  Oops... well, I guess it didn't follow the same trend as the past two days.  Might have to raise my buy back in limit.

Cramer was asked about this one the other day. Didn't want to cuff it, will circle back.
NNOX up 17% today. I’ve averaged up a little but still a 68% personal gain since I posted about it on 9/1. I didn’t plan to buy any more until after FDA approval but what are ya gonna do?

Oh well.

I wanted to get back to all* ETFs in those accounts anyway. I'll buy in my trading account if it falls a bit.

* Almost all, still have 5% SE.
