I heard it was great and had a huge man crush on Timothy Olyphant. Watched a few episodes and wasnt my cup of tea so I stopped. So is Justified a must see? It's one I never watched. Does it fall off or good all the way through?

I'm a big fan of his too and did watch the first episode when it first aired. There were just so many shows on at the time that I didn't stick with it.I heard it was great and had a huge man crush on Timothy Olyphant. Watched a few episodes and wasnt my cup of tea so I stopped.
It is one of my favorite TV shows ever.So is Justified a must see? It's one I never watched. Does it fall off or good all the way through?
this has been great so far.A couple in to After-party on Apple (somebody in here mentioned it)...great cast and funny. The Rashoman approach gives each actor a chance to do their thing.
I enjoyed Justified quite a bit. If you stick it out, they'll be some standout characters that you occasionally see meme's from.So is Justified a must see? It's one I never watched. Does it fall off or good all the way through?
@shuke Did you get any farther into this one?
It seems like something right up my alley, but was waiting for any more input before starting.
Only seen two episodes. I love everything about it. Creepy setting, slow quiet pace, psychological horror, found footage.

I'm one episode into Archive 81. Pretty cool premise. I'm worried it could get dumb as they show more and explain more, and I'm not a huge sci-fi/monster guy (not that it's necessarily headed that way), but I'm definitely very intrigued to continue.Only seen two episodes. It is very creepy. And I imagine it's going to build and build and build. I'm very hopeful.
I liked it. At times it reminded me of Rosemary's Baby, Eyes Wide Shut, Blair Witch Project, The Shining and Stranger Things, without being exactly like any of those.Archive 81 is awesome. Keep it going
one of my all-time favorite shows. it takes a few episodes to find its footing then just gets better and better through the finish. i was sad to see it end.I enjoyed Justified quite a bit. If you stick it out, they'll be some standout characters that you occasionally see meme's from.
I thought same thing. Those shots with the hand-held camera bouncing around.I liked it. At times it reminded me of Rosemary's Baby, Eyes Wide Shut, Blair Witch Project, The Shining and Stranger Things, without being exactly like any of those.
Damn. I was excited until I got to Stranger Things on the list.I liked it. At times it reminded me of Rosemary's Baby, Eyes Wide Shut, Blair Witch Project, The Shining and Stranger Things, without being exactly like any of those.
you're not alone in hoping that after a few episodes... kind of leitmotif in here.I'm 3 episodes into Station Eleven and it's odd to say the least. I seem to recall lots of folks in here liking it so I'll keep plugging away at it and hopefully it gets better soon.
Just the upside down aspect. Things floating in the air to let the viewer know what world they are in.Damn. I was excited until I got to Stranger Things on the list.![]()

fwiw, US Marshal Raylon Givens is a Elmore Leonard creation and the series is based on that character with a story line developed by Graham Yost. So if you like Leonard's gritty colloquialism, crime stories, and humor, like me, this show is a winner. On a side note Givens was supposed to kill Boyd Crowder early in season 1, but they let Crowder survive the gunshot because the dynamic between Olyphant and Walton Goggins was the best thng the show had going. I think it's both actors best work. I've watched the series twice start to finish, and when particularly bored click on a random episode every now and then.
Boyd Crowder is one of the great TV characters of the last 15 years. any scene with him and Raylan was must see TV. the definition of "frenemies".one of my all-time favorite shows. it takes a few episodes to find its footing then just gets better and better through the finish. i was sad to see it end.

Thanks. I was actually just going to ask that.Justified is really good, but it did take quite a few episodes to hit is stride. I recall a lot of the early season 1 episodes were kind of one-off style and then it becomes more serialized
Agree. It has some moments. I finished it up, but it did turn into some background noise during the day. The guests that play the part are better. As in MarshawnMurderville is a better concept than it is a show. Some funny stuff, but even at only 6 episodes nothing I am rushing to get back to after 2 episodes
Yes!. Been waiting for thisReacher is out on amazon prime, man this is a fun showi’m already starting the third episode, damn it my self control sucks
I've had this marked on my calendar for months. Huge fan. Lee Child is my favorite author because of Reacher, I've read all of the books (in order) and I am very disappointed he handed the Reacher reigns to his brother to take over.Reacher is out on amazon prime, man this is a fun showi’m already starting the third episode, damn it my self control sucks
Hoping this will be my guilty pleasure this weekend - pretty free this evening and most of tomorrow (until I get the Honeydo list), so hoping to catch a few episodesReacher is out on amazon prime, man this is a fun showi’m already starting the third episode, damn it my self control sucks
We got about 3/4 through and about the same. Will finish at some point but the show was just kind of meandering.I gave The Great a good shot, after watching 4 episodes. There were some funny moments but overall not worth the time. The funniest part to me was that the priest looked a lot like the CEO of Twitter. Always made me laugh.
I couldn't get into it, I love the post-apocalypse stuff too. The traveling theater group was just too odd.I'm 3 episodes into Station Eleven and it's odd to say the least. I seem to recall lots of folks in here liking it so I'll keep plugging away at it and hopefully it gets better soon.
Cant believe this is the stutterer from the wedding ringerReacher is out on amazon prime, man this is a fun showi’m already starting the third episode, damn it my self control sucks

been looking forward to this one. haven't started it yet, but Alan Ritchson is great, so I'm hoping for good things.Reacher is out on amazon prime, man this is a fun showi’m already starting the third episode, damn it my self control sucks
I liked it a lot as well. It doesn’t change but it’s not run of the mill, which is why I enjoyed it. Sometimes a non-cookie cutter show is enjoyable, especially if it’s not pure bleak like Black Mirror got where I had to stop watching for a bit. I thought the characters were all very strong and I loved the ending. Really well done how some things tied all back together and you felt good about it.you're not alone in hoping that after a few episodes... kind of leitmotif in here.
I liked it quite a bit- not gaga over it- but appreciated a lot of what it did.
and we've had this exact conversation before with others in here- if you aren't digging it by now, I don't think anything substantially changes that will make you change your mind.
I recall most of season 1 being scattered and inconsistent. But get through season 1 and you got some good tv ahead of you. Until you get to the last season.Justified is really good, but it did take quite a few episodes to hit is stride. Oh. Maybe I should start watching againJustified is really good, but it did take quite a few episodes to hit is stride. I recall a lot of the early season 1 episodes were kind of one-off style and then it becomes more serialized
5 episodes in. It's OK, not great. She has interesting capabilities. Not sure we need so many flashbacks. Still watching though. In from the Cold - Netflix - watched first episode, feel like it could be better in the spy/action genre, with a female Jason Bourne (or Black Widow) as the lead.. I'll keep watching though.
Binged this on the weekend and totally enjoyed it. Solid story and all the actors had great chemistry. Hoping for more seasons. Even though you knew sometimes what line was coming it didn't matter. That man is a beast!Reacher is out on amazon prime, man this is a fun showi’m already starting the third episode, damn it my self control sucks
started watching the ep with Conan.. pulled the plug partway through. as you say- the actual improv and show wasn't as zany as the concept.Murderville is a better concept than it is a show. Some funny stuff, but even at only 6 episodes nothing I am rushing to get back to after 2 episodes
Can you expand on this? I plan on watching All of Us Are Dead but not Euphoria. The contrast between how the South Korean teens in All of Us Are Dead are portrayed versus the teens in Euphoria is, uh, something.
A lot of it is sexuality. A bunch of Euphoria episodes seem to center around big parties or other venues that lend themselves to provocative behavior. No one bats an eye at bathroom sex or open drug use. I'm not saying that this is a realistic portrayal. Can you expand on this? I plan on watching All of Us Are Dead but not Euphoria.
