What really sucks is they never delved into why he's the gray man, calling him six all the time. Just awful, really generic action flick.

Don't they touch on that in the first 10 minutes or so? When Six is talking with Billy Bob boy? "Living in the gray"?
Exactly. There was a whole scene of them in jail where Bill Bob says you can rot away in jail or be this hired killer for his team of agents that would be off the grid
Don't recall that at all, just the nebulous living in the gray, which to me equates to an area of questionable legality.
I almost gave up at that point but the back half of season 1 and season 2 were amazing. YMMV.
Wasn't that the actor who Nathan was practicing with at the end? I think the joke was he was preparing for the guy to go off on him.
I need to watch that again. I could have sworn it was the real guy, but I could be wrong. Unlike the other spots, it was pretty clear when they had the actors in place. If that was the actor, man, I can only imagine those two real folks reactions watching the final show.
This may be better advice as I've heard this more than once. But for me, I just didn't like any of the characters and didn't see that changing.
Great, great show. Completely different than most shows, but just so well done. I don’t want to ruin anything for you but it’s nice to have a show you feel good about. Sucks that there’s no more but it ended really well and it would be hard to do more without ruining it. I don’t believe the book has any sequels and I never read it.
It was just the actor at the very end when Nathan was "confessing" about giving him the answer.

Disagree. Because so much of who the characters are (and heck, let's face it, all of us) are based on our pasts, I felt the detailed look-backs were super helpful and interesting.
It's a good show but the draw is Bridges and Lithgow - having them on the screen as much as possible would be my goal. I think the flashbacks were fine but could have been a little tighter and with less detail. Maybe they pivoted on it with Bridges health - maybe he's not up to a full load.

Agreed that the draw is Bridges/Lithgow. I kinda liked seeing their "younger selves" and what a good job the producers or casting directors or whoever did in getting a couple guys that had a lot of the same mannerisms and looks.
This is a great show, you just can’t help but root for Attorney Woo. Hard to believe she is the same actress who starred in The King’s Affection. I didn’t recognize her at first.
Is this any good? Might start this next.
