Has anyone else watched this? Debating starting it this weekend….Baby Reindeer was nuts.
Sometimes hysterical, sometimes terrifying, sometimes disturbing...but incredibly authentic storytelling
I loved Letterkenny. I watched a few episodes of Shorsey but couldn’t finish.I made it through six minutes of Shoresy.
If you liked the first episode continue on with it. The earlier episodes are better, but the last few episodes aren't terrible.Crap. I really liked the first episode.made it through like 5 episodes and just hated itThat's pretty much the peak of itOnly 2 episodes into Beef but I'm really liking it.

Yes. @TheDirtyWord describes it accurately. Just know it's not a light watch. Also, know that the actor playing the protagonist is the real guy from the real events that occurred that the show is based on.Has anyone else watched this? Debating starting it this weekend….Baby Reindeer was nuts.

Exactly where I am. I saw the 2nd episode about 2 weeks ago and haven't felt into watching another but I'm sure I will eventually.Yea, I'm 2 episodes in waiting for it to hit great.. I'll keep on keeping on, but right now on my .. "Will watch next episode when nothing else is interesting".Does Fallout ever get a plot going? 2 episodes in and the plot is about as thin as in the games which is not good for a show.
for me it wasn't "the characters are unlikable" it was "this all just sucks"If you liked the first episode continue on with it. ETA: Just know that it's the type of show where, by design, all characters end up being unlikeable (which is part of the point).

OH and I are going to start this one this weekend, too.
I was listening to a podcast and somebody said Baby Reindeer is like a male version of the HBO show "I May Destroy You". Everyone on the pod that had seen both shows said it was a very apt description.Yes. @TheDirtyWord describes it accurately. Just know it's not a light watch. We watched the 1st season when it was on TV. Don't have mgm, and our daughter is dying to watch it. Fun wth is going on here show.Anyone else watching From? I think it’s only on MGM+ but good mix of mystery and horror. We just started S2
I watched it about 3 weeks ago, and I knew the series was based on a true story, but I didn't know the lead actor was the real person in the true story. I liked him a lot. He was good at playing himself (Donny).Yes. @TheDirtyWord describes it accurately. Just know it's not a light watch. Just binge it in a month for $5.99 or 7 days for freeWe watched the 1st season when it was on TV. Don't have mgm, and our daughter is dying to watch it. Fun wth is going on here show.Anyone else watching From? I think it’s only on MGM+ but good mix of mystery and horror. We just started S2
That Matt Dillon show... Something Pines?... Had a similar vibe and was equally fun.
Finished S2 a couple of months ago and I'm really looking forward to S3. Liked it a lot and thought it was kind of Lost-ish. I just hope they don't drag it out and it gets canceled before it's actually wrapped up.Anyone else watching From? I think it’s only on MGM+ but good mix of mystery and horror. We just started S2
Really liked this too. Looks like S3 is set for fall of this year.Just binge it in a month for $5.99 or 7 days for freeWe watched the 1st season when it was on TV. Seems fine - I like the show but it probably could/should have been 1-2 seasons.Any Resident Alien fans? Season 4 looks to be in "flux"

I'm about half way through and it's still got me hooked but man is the story advancing at a glacial pace.Since I don't subscribe to Netflix I decided to check out the 30 episode Chinese version of Three Body (Three Body Problem on NF) on Peacock.
I'm very intrigued.
I'm in the middle of S2 and it's still pretty good. Does it fall off a lot in S3?Seems fine - I like the show but it probably could/should have been 1-2 seasons.Any Resident Alien fans? Season 4 looks to be in "flux"

I don't think so. It's still silly and has funny moments but maybe for some the silliness grows old. I know my wife grows tired of the lines from the sheriff but likes the show itself. It was a bit different than the first two seasons and I could someone not liking it as much. I got kind of annoyed with the bird alien at times but overall I still liked the season and look forward to the next season.I'm in the middle of S2 and it's still pretty good. Is this at all related to the Canadian Syfy show by the same name?Read the Dark Matter book via recommendation from the FBG book thread and really enjoyed it. Wife and I watched the first 2 episodes on Apple last night and it was good - it’ll be interesting to see how this progresses going forward because the book got wild as it went on.
Oh yeah, and Jennifer Connelly
No, it’s based on a book. Still Sci-fi in theme, but not like the Canadian show which looks like it’s in space. Is this at all related to the Canadian Syfy show by the same name?Read the Dark Matter book via recommendation from the FBG book thread and really enjoyed it. Couldn't make it past first episode. And I'm a Winslet fan.Finished up The Regime. Kate Winslet was great in it. Weird, crazy show with a satisfying ending. Visually beautiful. Not sure if I'd recommend it because it's probably not for everyone but we both enjoyed it.
