***Sunday Brunch, German-Style - Dolphins vs Chiefs*** (-1.5. 50.5) Mahomes handles business... (1 Viewer)

Buffalo, Philly and now KC...

Miami scored 2 TDs early vs Buffalo and nothing after
Miami scored 1 TD on Offense vs Philly

All together Miami has a whopping 3 TDs vs Buff, Philly and KC...not elite or not what everyone proclaims they are
The last 8 quarters of football vs the better teams, Tua ad the Offense have just 1 lone TD
Can't win if you don't score
Where are all the points?
should have saved some of those vs Denver

relax my friend, they've had two drives, and the second wasn't all bad
I understand Rene but it doesn't change what I posted, thems the facts right now
And Hill just drops a long pass
3rd and Long again

Dolphins got to be excited about getting Achane back after the bye. He's just so much better than Mostert, Ahmed and Wilson

True. I like Eisen, but not in the booth. These 3 man crews are always a trainwreck to me.
I like Eisen a lot, I recommend watching the interview clips on his YouTube, but play by play ain't his thing.

I don't really care, I like him. But I was reading your post while cringing at that line, lol.

Orlovsky is a wonder, not often a lifetime QB is such a goober

Gonna cut Tyreek some slack there. Got his hands on it but just the back end of the ball. Tough catch

How are two networks paying Orlovsky for his awful commentating?
I think he has made some good points about Miami operating in 3rd and Long every drive
Miami's offense does not look like it is ready to explode at any moment, not vs the Chiefs so far

And Hill drops a pretty nice catchable ball vs his former team, choke job right there
Maybe Miami's defense can make something happen, the offense looks like the Patriots thus far

defense is playing well. KC just isn't that sharp on O right now.

Eisen's stuff on Mcdaniel this week was pretty awesome too.

Can’t understand why Rice isn’t on the field more.
My guess is he is still learning the offense. He looks like their best WR (not difficult, considering the rest of the clowns they have at WR) when he gets his hands on the ball, so that almost has to be the reason.

Was fully expecting roughing the passer there
Sieler did an excellent job doing what I mentioend the other night in the Pitt-Ten thread where Watt wrapped up both arms on the QB and tackled him to the ground, that's gonna get flagged when the ball was already released...Sieler comes in hard but puts his arms UP and essentially chest bumps Mahomes. I'm sure it still feels rough but it has the appearance that he is letting up

I thought it was an outstanding play by Sieler to apply pressure, get a QBH and not draw the flag

Yeah, it was good stuff. I really like McDaniel. Being able to recognize a drinking problem and correct it takes a lot of self-realization and determination and willpower. Then he carries over the sort of spiritual path he takes to his relationships with his players, and it works.

KC Offense is so bland.
KC Offense is a lot of things, but bland is not one of them.

A bit disjointed right now, and lacking playmakers on the outside, but hardly bland
Its very Bland.. It's Mahomes to Kelce and that is it, once in a while someone else will make a play, but more times then not, no..

If they are winning another SB, they are going to need a whole upgrade. They have a limited run game, and their wideouts aren't good.

I was surprised they didn't make a move for WR last week.

I do think people are sleeping on how good their defense is, but it does feel like the upside of their offense is somewhat limited due to how bad their WRs are (which is saying a lot considering how awesome Mahomes and Kelce are).

I think your conflating results with scheme. All the motions, trick plays...not bland. Just not successful right now due to a bad WR room. A bland scheme would be to run Pacheco up the gut on dive plays over and over again before a short hook to Kelce.
