**Sunday Night Football - Texans at Chiefs**(-3.5, 41.5) 8:20 (2 Viewers)

Rice having a tough game.
That drop and this game shows a lot about Rice and how he is not a big game player when his team needs him

Total choke job from him

What does that say about Kelce tonight?!?

Kelce is washed. His mind is on other things since he got with Taylor Swift
I can guarantee he did not train or workout anywhere near how he normally would this past offseason and it is showing
Kelce has been pathetic all season

he should have retired last season as he is not committed to playing any longer
I'd like to see if there's anything there with Jared Wiley

He's in much better shape this season than in 2024, he's on pace for over 1,000 yards (at least coming into tonight) and he's made a bunch of good plays.

Man, I think people have no idea what "washed" means. JuJu is washed, Kelce is still easily a top-10 NFL TE. He's just not in the #1 conversation.

Just do the right thing Kelce after the season

It's time
Agreed. He's been bad this year

Always an ironic line, because the only fight Rocky loses is because of Mickey being a distraction.
Nah, he lost because Apollo Creed was a boxer and Rocky was a puncher.

Rocky had to learn to catch the chicken and run oiled up on the beach in a homoerotic montage in order to become a better boxer.

He lost the first fight too.
Fair, I always remember it as a draw for whatever reason.
I mean he was 3-3 overall.

Lost to Apollo, Clubber & Mason Dixon

Beat Apollo, Clubber & Drago

He was a mediocre champion.

That isn't true at all, he's been good other than a couple drops.
Couple back breaking brutal drops that cost them the games?
Contributed to losses yes. Cost, that might be a bit much. Did that drop cost them this game, or did the 2 4th down fails?

There haven't been 10 better TE's than Travis Kelce in 2025. There arguably haven't been 5. I really don't understand this weird thing about wanting to rush to put people out to pasture the second they lose a step, even if they are still among the better players in the league.

Boon: “Forget it, he's rolling“

Not to mention that the last INT was probably more on Mahomes for throwing it behind him. Kelce will tell you he should have caught it, but it was a throw badly off target.

I said a big part. The Phi drop for an INT was even bigger than this. He already had 5 drops coming in.

Houston's O-line has gone from pretty bad, to solidly average if not better. I hope the 2nd half doesn't provide a blueprint to anyone else on how to attack them.

The second half just showed that if you send more rushers, Houston's OC is slow to react.

Ridiculous. He came into this season in much better shape than he did last year.

And, minus a few critical drops (some of which led to catastrophic int), Kelce has been faster, run sharper routes, thrown crisper blocks. He's at least as good as the 2023 version, if not a smidge better.

Collinsworth sounds like he had money on the Chiefs.
It’s basically a meme at this point about how much he loves Mahomes. It’s really annoying listening to Collinsworth call KC games because of it.
Kay Adams asked him about it back back in October, the fan perception that he favors Mahomes too much when he calls games, and he basically said, "yeah, I am a fan of Patrick Mahomes, deal with it," which was his way of admitting that he is incapable of being impartial when it comes to Mahomes. Very professional talk about a national analyst who is presumably supposed to be impartial.

If that oline can gel with the good CJ showing up, they can certainly challenge in the AFC where nobody stands out

I've been harsh on Kelce and I know he still has game even though his abilities have diminished. Why wait until you're completely washed and useless and not go out when there's still something left in the tank like his brother did. I've watched much of KC all season and Kelce has made several critical mistakes we've rarely seen before. Several drops along with other easy catches he simply bungled into a defenders hands. Look beyond the stats and watch the film on him and you'll see what many others have pointed out including passes where he wasn't in an area Mahomes thought he would be. There's a mental drop off with him well beyond the physical aspect.

Dude has had a HOF type career and his contract expires, there's no need to extend him so just do the right thing and walk away.

I have say even with the Texans’ D being what it is, last night was pretty shocking. At home no less. I’m a Chiefs fan generally but it’s good to get new blood in the playoffs. Travis should retire & KC needs to draft a big downfield WR.
