Agreed, their early downs have been very unimaginative or sloppy

Whatever the rule is I will say OK but that somehow should have been on the GB return guy...I'm not saying as the rules are written that this isn't a touchback but that's gotta be changed. He made a decision to run and get the ball because he's worried something bad was about to happen, that's part of the game and needs to be within the rules not written out of them.
