The Chargers will face the Raiders at almost full strength, or as close as they've been in a while.

Wide receiver Malcom Floyd, tight end Antonio Gates and running back Mike Tolbert will all play. Rookie tailback Ryan Mathews is also playing for the first time since leaving the Chargers' Nov. 7 game at Houston having aggravated his high ankle sprain.

Floyd has played the past two games but been slowed by a hamstring. Gates is playing for the second straight week after missing the previous two games and the bulk of the team's practices for more than a month with a torn plantar fascia. Tolbert will have his bruised right hand heavily wrapped today.

The Chargers inactives are Patrick Crayton, Darrell Stuckey, Steve Gregory, Curtis Brinkley, Cam Thomas, Louis Vasquez, Vincent Jackson and Travis Johnson.
